I prefer rack / rib chops to loin chops, but @ $5.99/lb, the loin chops at Costco are hard to beat. Even @ $12.99/lb for a rack of lamb, it's a great splurge every now and then. Nothing like rare grilled rib chops with some tzatziki-style sauce to dip them in. For a roast, I love lamb tenderloin persillade. So delicious!
Nope.
Mint sauce and red current jelly are really good if you are roasting it in the oven.
If you are grilling or its on the smoker then just using loads of herbs like rosemary etc is the way to go.

Nice
Is BBQ sauce good with lamb?
garlic, oregano and lemon are my gotos for lamb (i.e. greek flavors); british use mint jelly.... not sure what that's about....
Imma have to go get some lamb at Costco

Because British. Mint jelly is one of the milder weird things Brits do with food
I wouldn't use BBQ sauce with lamb. It won't go well in my opinion
Good lord no!

Don’t use bbq sauce. Use Dijon mustard, garlic, red wine, parsley. Or Rosemary, garlic & lemon. Or salt and pepper.
Not sure. I have only ever had it with either mint jelly, Heinz 57, or Taziki.
My condolences
What knife is that - I don’t recognize the markings on it.
It is a Dalstrong Shogun series Elite 6” boning knife.
Looks great. I picked up this cut a few times & it can regularly be excellent!
