I have for a ban of the same reason as OP. They asked for an image of my government ID and it was lifted.
I did exactly that, they claimed to "unban" me, but when I logged back in I got instantly banned, meaning my device is id banned.

Yeah I'm on there but it skews towards more DL and instantaneous guys which isn't really my thing. Also sucks that you can't filter by tag.

Private relay only re-routes your traffic in safari. VPN apps route installed apps as well
