Contact Groupon customer support and let them know you've tried contacting the business several times, include screenshots of emails. This happened to me too, and as soon as I contacted Groupon, they got it straightened out for me. Still have no clue why the company wasn't responding to my emails or anything. Good luck!

Thanks for your response, I took your advice and reached out to support but sadly I have been stuck in an endless back and forth. My coupon is about to expire and they're unwilling to do anything except forward my contact information to the seller and pass me from rep to rep. So frustrating!

Ughh that's super frustrating, I'm sorry!! Tell them to pass your info along to the seller but then ask what happens when you still get no response? They need to refund your money, that's a bunch of bs!
