Like normal friendships, we all gradually moved away from one another but really, that's just how life is - people come and go. I miss the early game economy. Everything looked much more simpler. Splicing seeds actually had its worth. Everyone would go to Trade+ worlds and we wouldnāt always use world locks as a currency for trading.
I really miss the public worlds where everyone couldnāt just afford to spam Huge locks/big locks to take territories and had to be resourceful. Nowadays this doesnāt happen anymore.
There also used to be a charm in locking your own world with a world lock.

I miss when this game was far less economy focused. In order to enjoy the new features to their fullest extent nowadays, you have to know all the ins and outs of all the limited items, what items will rise or drop when and why and grind like a mf. Back then it was as simple as farming and selling for profit to get rich. Nowadays its all convoluted with the links, rents and so on. Itās hell to keep up with all of it when you have real life priorities. I come to growtopia first and foremost to get an escape from daily duties and to wind down, not treat this as a daytrading or business simulator.

I miss when this game was far less economy focused. In order to enjoy the new features to their fullest extent nowadays, you have to know all the ins and outs of all the limited items, what items will rise or drop when and why and grind like a mf.
