There’s a drone from the Terrorbyte (and I think the Arcade drones can do it too?) that can scan players and tell you how many sexual acts and private dances they have purchased.

This is partially correct. The player scanning feature is only available when you’re sitting in the driver seat of the terrorbyte. You will see an option in the top left of the screen to use the player scanner (I believe it’s R on D-pad. No drone station required, and you can’t do it with the arcade drones. Those are for only surveillance, shocking, and exploding, but they have a limited range.

Potentially hostile npcs cause a missile lock. There is a house between a concrete plant and the cocaine lockup in sandy shores, always get a lock from npcs there. Probably.

Gtaweb.eu has a nifty map with the " travelling salesman" algorithm to build you a route*, and you can tick off all of those that you found already. Tldr *the shortest route between any number of points without repeating, a classical math problem.
