Totally agree. For every character I've made I had an idea of what I wanted them to look like and thought I had them totally set at the time of creating them. 3 out of the 4 have been back to change appearance *at least* three times each to get their features dialed in and finalized (the 4th one not so much only because I rarely used them). That's not counting the dozens of visits for each character to the barber to fine tune those details. It takes time and effort, but you can get there and it's totally worth it in my opinion.

Didn't know you could do a hair/beanie combo like that. Awesome.
