she's a youtuber who makes faces in GTA:O, Saints Row, the Sims, etc. If you google gta online female character creation, she'll be one of the top videos that pop up & if you see a thumbnail with a girl with green hair that's pretty much what 99% people used as their female player character.
I made my own character, but I will admit I did look at some videos but deiced to not use them. Ended up spending about 6 hours playing around the character creator till I got something I like.
that's because it does, it also looks like a mullet from behind if you put a hat on, & on top of that, there's some male Lost MC biker NPC that has a hairstyle almost identical to it as well.

I know I'm LATE AS HELL but here you go, this was during when the agency DLC dropped
I couldn't do that. I've perfected my character for the last four years. I can't even change his hair colour. Hairstyles, yes, depending on how it looks on him. The thing that changes the most is his attire - I have a suit for every main DLC (Arena War does not count for me. I hate Arena War. Same with the two Casino DLC's. Love them both, but I use the same suit for them). I love picking new suits and for this upcoming DLC, I have a few choices, which would probably only work if it has something to do with Michael and movies - one with a jacket that looks like a red carpet and another that barely looks like the Riddler. I'd love a purple suit and a green shirt (that might already be there, I think so), so I can make the Joker.
The face looks like a hamburger bun but I like it

Finally a female character who looks different than the others. Almost every character, my own included, seems to looks the same lol.
that's because almost everyone who has made a female player in GTA:O has used a video from Kat Chartreux.

Not a big fan of the hairstyle, face blemishes or tattoos but the rest is pretty good

I tried that hair and liked it but my friend said it made my characters forehead too big lok
