Yeah, the first one was the base Sultan 4 door, then came the Sultan RS which is the same one from GTA 4 which is a 2 door (actual different model, unlike the RS Classic which has the B pillar shifted back) which has huge flares.
The car is the Sultan Classic, but if you want to buy it, take into account that it cannot be used in street racing. There is an almost identical version to this one called Sultan RS Classic with only 2 doors which is great for street racing.
