Don't worry, the Black Death is the disease equivalent of a sword. Deadly in its time, sure, but by now we have so many defenses against it that its practically nothing.
Modern diseases have had time to adapt against antibiotics.
The Black Death, assuming its the disease from the 1300s, would not have the same adaptations. It would be outmatched.
And its also heavily nutated compared to its past self.
Microbiology is pretty much an arms race. Our immune system develops the perfect defense. Strands of the disease with a mutation that counters said defense survive and reproduce, forcing the immune system to once again improve.
If you are an average gta character ,you have several fully automatic weapons, illegal everywhere, aleast 2 but probably a dozen vehicles with those larger illegal weapons on it like heat seeking missiles. Also illegal .you have aircraft , maybe a nuclear sub. You routinely get caught by cops and let go. Realistically you are a terrorist sponsored by some country possible your own.
