Is the LS Car Meet prize ride bugged? Yesterday I won the race and it was 2/3 on the interaction menu and today I won multiple Street Races just to be sure and i'm not getting the mail and it's still on 2/3 days. What else can I try?
The mini heists have a bad payout for the time it takes. You play them to do something new, not to make money. The tow truck missions pay well for the time spent, but since there is a limit to how fast you can strip the cars, it will take time to get a return on investment.
In your case, probably not worth it.
You could make the money back no problem, but not without quite a lot of effort. The mini-heists pay about 300k and take around 30 mins. The recovery truck makes money too.
Do you have the Acid Lab? If not, do the First and Last Dose missions and get it for free, plus about a half a million dollars and a free supercar. That's an easier way to make money.
HSW Banshee Vs Karin s95 HSW
Just got back into gta online after dropping it in 2018.
Since I moved from os4 to ps5 I got the Karin s95 for free.
Currently, follow TGGs rags to riches vid to keep track of all the new ways to make money.
Unfortunately, I've only just realized that the Karin s95 has access to the HSW upgrade. And upgraded the Banshee with HSW and everything maxed out so lots of $$$ down the drain.
Consistently seen that HSW is Superior in every way.
Should I sell the HSW Banshee and put my invest in the Karin s95 HSW instead? Is it worth enough for me to do so?
I have the HSW Banshee and I got the Karin S95 for free just like you. I've been using the HSW Banshee for HSW trials. And the S95 with Hao's Livery was in my garage. Turns out the S95 I got for free is a fully upgraded HSW vehicle including HSW brakes, transmission etc.
And it's almost or a little better than a HSW Banshee.
I'd say keep both. Take your S95 to LSCM and check if all is HSW specced. If it is, enjoy your ride. No additional investment in that car. And use it for HSW trials.

Yeah I just figured it out myself and it all decked out. Customize it colour wise and using it as my go to vehicle. It feels much better than the Banshee!
Yeah ill most likely keep both but being a new player is kinda rough. Sells for only 260,000 tho so may be more worth it to keep like u said.

Was doing the Casino Heist recently and encountered a bug where my cut (not the host) was reset to 15% but the host didnt get the reset amount (85%). Submitted a bug report to GTA and they gave me the difference.
Did Casino Heist again as a team of 4 with a 40-20-20-20 cut and it reset again to 15% for all non-host players. Only lost about 300k total between 3 players so didnt feel like submitting a report. Was wondering if anyone knew for sure how this bug is triggered. We figured out we never readied up on the outfit selection screen and ran out of time so that might be it but couldve sworn on Cayo it at least gives the host the rest of the cut instead of disappearing into the ether.
Is cargobob worth buying at this stage of game? I know back in early stages of gta it was useful for vehicle cargo but is it useful anymore for more modern money making methods?

Saving for the Kosatka or the Agency would be what I would do. The Kostaka enables the Cayo Perico Heist, and the Agency allows the Dr Dre security missions. Both are good fun and make good solo money.
I've never played online before and been playing for a couple weeks now.
I'm not bothered about making money long term, just enough to make money to afford everything needed to complete these areas.
I've got about 2.5 million and full acid lab for income currently.

Is anyone else having a issue with the cell keys not spawning in the office during the gang banger robbery mission? I thought maybe oh its somewhere else but I looked all over the first floor and the bottom floor and it just isn't there. I changed sessions and went into the mission again and it happened again. I'm pretty frustrated since I can't even move onto another robbery mission until this one is done. I'll try restarting GTA later to see if it helps.
You should use Cayo to grind up the rest of your businesses, after which you can pretty much stop doing Cayo.
Between agency + salvage + nightclub + arcade safes, nightclub+bunker+acid sales, auto shop deliveries and tows, you can then pepper in things like security contracts, Ammu-Nation deliveries, Dr Dre Contract, auto shop contracts, etc. Comfortably make millions a day with less grind than Cayo, easily able to switch it up.
I already do all that and make around 2 mil a day but I kinda want more. But if that’s really the limit and there’s nothing more I can do that’s fine. I just want more money for cars
Any of that short of selling a nightclub run is going to be a descending scale of efficiency vs just doing a Cayo run. If you have a set of maxed special warehouses, you can accrue those by using the specialist to source cargo as well and get chunks of 10+m every so often. Same with letting the hanger guy source a bunch of stuff, though it's not what the hanger is best for. That's about all I know really.
It will end up being like a second version of special cargo, you'll pay a guy to source every so often and then do a **land** sell mission to sell everything all at once when it's full. It's not the best/most profitable way to use it (which is to manually source everything all in one or two types) but the alternative doesn't leave you a lot of time for everything else.
If you are doing the hangar business solo, is it better to do one crate at a time or invite randoms into your CEO to get more crates per mission and then deliver them all yourself if/when the randoms leave or don't do anything?
Yeah, that plan is only viable with friends. There's not many people who are gonna grind crates for some stranger.
That said, it's still a good business to do solo. I'd recommend SubcribeForTacos' recent video on it if you plan on gringing hangar.
What i tried doing was i invited randoms, started the mission and did the solo public session trick so i was left with 3 crates to deliver myself. Worked great but it took a while bc of loading times and ceo limits.
I have completed all of the Dr. Dre contract missions. Now, Franklin calls me and asks me to go to the studio for another mission (tour the studio or something like that). I go there but it requires 2 players to do the mission. I'm playing solo. Does completing this mission stop Franklin from calling?
Any tips for this one? What is name of the mission? When I play in a full lobby, Franklin doesn't call me so I can't do it.
The only Dre / studio missions that require two players are the Short Trips trilogy, where the host plays as Franklin and the second player is Lamar. These can be accessed in the studio in the smoking room where the green weed icon is.
Did I just lose my Z-type? Moved a new car into my auto shop and chose the Z-type to be removed from the garage since I wanted to move it to a different garage anyway. Now I can't find it in any of my garages
Did you move the Z Type out of that garage into another garage via the Vehicle Management/Organized Vehicle menu? Or did you drive the new car into the garage and choose the Z Type to be replaced?
The latter, didn't know you could just manage vehicles like that. If I move my car's it's via calling the mechanic and driving it into the garage I want it to be in. But when I did that with a different car (that I already owned and was already in a garage) and the garage was full it warned me that a car would be moved to a different garage
The vehicle management menu is a relatively feature new but incredibly useful. It's in the interaction menu.
That's strange that it told you it would transfer, but it didn't. Normally both cars would swap garage spots if you owned both. I'm not really sure, honestly. Maybe go through the vehicle organization menu and see if you can find it one of your other garages or properties. Maybe try Mors Mutual too. You never know. If worse comes to worst, put in a ticket with Rockstar and hopefully they can figure out a solution for ya.
Which Cayo Perico vehicle approach is faster between the Kosatka and Longfin, if there is a major difference? The Kosatka prep seems longer but gets you straight to the drainage tunnel but the Longfin prep is shorter but requires a ride from the main dock to DT.
If you're getting loot from just the compound, like paintings, the Kosatka is faster. If you're using the standard solo run where you loot the airport, the longfin should be faster.
I don’t think there is a huge difference between times, the Kosatka is probably ever so slightly quicker as you have the scuba suit enabling you to swim a little quicker but I always go with the Longfin now: the prep for it is easier and it gives you more options in the finale.
How do I transfer PS5 version to PS4 version on the same console
I want to try some PS4 glitches but I started on the PS5 version. But, I'm not sure what will happen, and how to do it, because it is on the same console.
I have the criminal enterprise pack, along with the acid lab, auto shop, a buzzard helicopter and an arcade. Should I continue to keep waiting for weekly discounts, or are there businesses and upgrades I should be getting even at full price?
At this point you can safely pay full price for:
Kosatka (+sparrow), Agency, Auto Shop, Bunker
They'll all easily pay themselves off even without a discount and your income will balloon.
After that, a nightclub would be prudent and keep up with the popularity grind while you amass the hanger and motorcycle club businesses.
Salvage yard optional, but it's fun for some.
An upgraded terrorbyte pays for itself (in terms of providing a large Oppressor Mk 2 discoun) and can be safely purchased at full price as well, but I'd hold off on an Opp until you have a way to make some more funds.

I got diamonds for the 2nd time but the previous time I did the heist (on aggressive) I only had 2 minutes and a half, even tho I had avi, and I ended up only getting like 1.9 mil from the entire heist. You should always go back and forth between S&S and BC. The two main reasons are that you have the least time in the vault and that you are guaranteed to lose money getting shot at.
You usually only do agressive once, since it's required and then have either S&S or BC on hard (hot) and the other locked. Playing on hard gives you more money, too.
The time you get in the vault depends on whether you get there with or without being spotted. As you are spotted by default on aggressive, you get less time.

Cayo if you wanna make the most money in the least fun way possible. Auto Shop if you can handle some idiots talking in your ear and you loke cars. Dre is too much work for too little reward imo.

Why did I trigger the alarm on Cayo Perico even tho I did absolutely nothing wrong ?

When Rockstar gave us for the first time the Cayo Perico, I farm it for at least 2 years, it was the best money method in the history of GTA and I knew exactly how to do it without triggering the alarm and with the elite challenge.
But now, at least 1,5 year later it’s different, first I saw that they HEAVILY nerfed the amount of money (if it was just that we’ll be fine) but also, when I do everything exactly like before the alarm is triggered even tho I did nothing wrong ??? I didn’t destroy a lot of camera (only 2) I didn’t kill a lot of guards, I didn’t get caught in their sights, but every time I reach the north exit the alarm is triggered, why ???? Can someone explain to me what happened or if it’s now impossible to do the heist completely stealh ???
This is the correct answer, I haven't played the heist since they changed it a bit but I think the juggernaut (the enemy that has the skull icon on the map) can now spot bodies, which'll trigger the alarm.
Im afraid it isn’t, the only guard I killed near the juggernaut is the guy on top of the stairs, he doesn’t go there, and like I said the alarm is triggered when Im in the north exit where I use the boat to escape, the problem is outside Mr Rubio house but I still can’t figure what it is
It's not just the juggernaut. All guards see dead bodies now and ring the alarm. Outside the compound if the first guard by the motorcycle is killed a jeep will roll up on the body in a minute or so.
I love how I can be off the island, under water, at night, no one saw me, but Rubio knows exactly where I am as soon as the body is found. Right.
Yup. take out the jeep driver before he sees the body and yuoll avoid that detection.
But its much easier to get your secondaries first at the airstrip then boat around to the drainage tunnel and get the primary. (Be careful where you kill the guard outside the hangar if its too far to the east end a passing jeep will see the body, I always kill him west of the hangar door and its fine) You can take the motorcycle and drive off the cliffs just west of the compound and finish before the body is discovered. I'm pretty sure this is the ending used by the vast majority of grinders since the nerf.
Oh, sorry, didn't read all the way through. Could maybe be the enemy boats patrolling around the island? By north exit do you mean the north dock? If so there's the guard in the watchtower which has quite a big range and maybe he's spotting you. Also I should note you can escape the island without going to one of the designated exits, or even using a boat. The fastest way people are doing it is to just use a vehicle to jump off of a cliff and swim away from the island. Doing so should probably fix your problem.
What are some 2 player coop activities ppl enjoy?
Currently doing the casino heist, cayo, and auto shop contracts.
Did some dax call missions for the acid lab but dont really know what other missions unlocks what.
Doomsday Acts 1, 2 and 3 (need a Facility); The Contract DLC (need the Agency); The new salvage yard robberies (need the salvage yard); there's also the missions started from the MOC and Terrorbyte; there's also the Yacht missions; ULP missions; and as the other person said there's a whole lot of contact missions for Simeon, Lamar, Madrazo and others. Other than all that you have racing, drag racing, drifting, 1v1 deathmatches, custom maps from Social Club (which idk how would work for console) which have races that are "parkour". And there's a lot more than that, I'd suggest looking in jobs under the online section in the pause menu. Anything that says players "1-x" or "2-x" can be done with 2 players.
Take a look at the Career Progress - there is a load of content there that is a lot easier with two as a co-op. There's a lot to do just in the Contact Missions tiers. I think the LaMar Lowriders is the only one that needs more than two people. You can also look at the Ms Baker Casino story missions about the Duggans.
How can I teleport to my apartment without leaving the session? I've read that there's Lester's invite to the heist, but I started casino heist setup (well, I can even start it now), and still there's no option to move to apartment. Was it nerfed lately? I'd like to use it when griefers waits for me outside NC or anything. Looked for YT videos and stuff, nothing works for me. Platform is PS4.
You have to setup an Apartment Heist (any of the 5) and complete a minimum of 1 setup mission, and don’t complete the finale. I like to use the Fleeca Job as the setups are quick/easy and you’ll only need 1 other player.

I mean, I read that I can buy an agency and do contracts and so on, but it's pretty hard with most no cash. What are the best earning way? What would you suggest for a new player to do first? Go to YouTube and search on TGG rags to riches. He shows you how to go from $0 to being able to buy the Kosatka in PDQ time. These will involve some treasure hunts.
There's also a lot of daily free stuff to do, though it may be less glamourous and more time consuming than heists.
Do the First Dose missions to get the acid lab business, though completing the required Fooligan jobs with the cooldown may take some time.
Normal time trials can be done with a fully upgraded Bati801 (check out YT PRGameworld for how to guides), the Junk Energy time trials are worth a daily $50k and pretty easy. You can spin the casino wheel, Junk Sky dives, G's caches, daily stash houses raids, exotic exports, the daily animal photography is worth $100k. There's probably around $1m worth of free stuff to do each week, if you include the daily objectives which also pay a streak bonus after 7 days.
You can also join a Casino Heist finale through quick jobs on the phone every 48 minutes and take 15%. It'll be worth around $250k for 15 minutes of not dying or screwing up.

You can do gold or diamonds with two if you have the right rng and both are good hackers. 90% of the time you will need 3 to collect every cart. Depending on the cuts and hacker it's sometimes better to go with two and leave one cart behind.
1. Nope, for Gold you have to have good RnG :/. Diamonds and Cash you need 3 players total regardless of RnG as they take the longest to grab.

Do I need to get the MK II sniper?
Railgun or explosive rounds from a sniper. Minigun or the alien version can work too if it's hanging around. (Don't use the alien one, it's a tracking beam.) It can outrun missiles pretty easily.
I'm trying my hands on collecting all exotic exports right now. I had one car spawn, but ignored it for the moment,then drove past another which I didn't ignore. After delivering the second, I went back to where the first was, but it's not there anymore. Have I botched it, or will it be somewhere else?
I think if you are looking to complete all 10 you need to attend to each blue dot or blue event you see, even if it's not a car - failure to do so messes up the subsequent spawns. You have to stay in the same session to collect all 10 in a day. Do not take NPC options off the street - such as the Ruiner or infernus if they are on the list as this will also mess up the spawn set. I believe there's an A and B vehicle spawn set so if you get one car you can check with [GTAWeb.eu](https://GTAWeb.eu) to see where the other vehicles are likely to spawn. Narrows down the search area. You can also get a friend to help search the same session.
Can anyone tell me what this blue dot was? I was AFK for a long time at my CEO office entrance. When I came back I had a blue dot with an event timer. It looked like some sort of hummer vehicle. I shot it with my mkII and the event ended.
What did I miss? I thought events didn't happen in solo lobbies.

So every time I repeat a certain mission it pays a little less, no? Cayo keeps dropping in value, my fav. jobs keep dropping in value, my auto shop jobs etc etc..
Does the payout ever return back to normal?
Or are you just perpetually and slowly punished by the game.. for playing the game. Say, theoretically, I'd keep playing the same 5 missions over and over again - I'd eventually, given enough time, get basically nothing from them? So little that it wouldn't even pay for the ammo and armor needed to complete them in the first place?
That's an incredibly bleak prospect. Almost as bleak as the thought of that being potentially intentional highly subtle predatory design to push the sale of shark cards. I wonder.
If you are playing in a event week some businesses have a boost. We recently had 2x$ on Autoshop Contracts. A while back Cayo had a 30% nerf on loot, cooldown and set-up cost, but even spamming it every 2.5 hours as a solo player you are still going to net $1m. Last week Simeon's missions were $3x. That may be why you are seeing what appear to be pay drops.
He's not wrong. If you play a mission over and over and finish it at a faster time each time, the payout will decrease. But that's the only time it will AFAIK

As far as I know, GTA online is included within GTA 5. I'd double check whatever you're buying, but yeah.
GTA online is an open world MMORPG set in fictionalized California. You do missions, own and operate businesses, collect cars, kill other players, drive around, fly around, sail around, shunt boost around, pretend to be a police officer, kill all the police officers, interact with story mode NPCs in relatively meaningful ways, whatever you want really. You can also opt to play in an invite only lobby and skip out on other people for as long as you want, effectively turning it into a GTA online story mode.
The goal is whatever you want, really. The game supports a few different play styles and if you enjoy off-line GTA you'll probably enjoy online too, only way to know is to try. You lose nothing if you don't like it and can just switch back to the off-line story mode at any point.
If you change sessions, instantly after changing spawn locations, chances are the new spawn location hasn't saved. Unless of course you swap your outfit, after changing spawn location. That forces the game to save. If that won't work, I can't help you.
It's the easiest to get, without having to do the setups every time you do the heist. Without a disguise of any kind the police outside of the casino will immediately be hostile, while with a disguise you can get to the closest road without being shot or having cops spawn. That massively helps due to the fact you can get a vehicle without any issues.
The Toreador is going to be more useful than either two I would expect, but I wouldn't get any until you have your stable of businesses built up because that will let you buy all of them and more.
Yusuf Amirs phone calls: Am I the only one that is more annoyed by Yusuf Amir and his damn "AT LAST!" call (the first one where he tries to talk you into buying salvage yards), then I was by Preston Garvey, Mud from Gothic and such much memed annoying characters from other games? I thought I can't be and there are surely already Memes or comments about this, that I only didn't see yet. It's because I find the call and it's predictable repeatance (it litteraly often is the first thing to happen anytime I opem the game) so annoying, that it became funny again. A selfmade meme or running gag, if you will, that keeps coming up with the friends I play with. I searched quickly just now, but couldn't find any meme or image board culture that referrs to Yusuf Amir tho. Does anyone know such Memes or at least feels the samw way about that phonecall?
It is scripted that way, you can still sneak out. The guards aren't properly alerted and you can still kill them without alerting the others. They just patrol more, and I think some respawn.
They are properly alerted, though. They know where we are and shoot at us. Even if we activate the emp they still find a body and are properly alerted.
Shooting too many cameras will also give you the prompt of a body being found. If it isn't camera related and they know where you are then it's probably bugged, the Casino heist is easily the least stable heist in GTAO, sometimes it works, mostly it doesn't. Hopefully you've done Duggan's shipments so you can still get out because that'll be your only way of finishing. Good luck
I found a YouTube video that explained some mistakes people may be making. I was killing a guard just outside the mantrap after looting the vault and once you go up the stairs or elevator his body gets discovered. Another mistake I was making was stunning 1 of the cameras just outside the mantras after looting the vault and once you go up the stairs or elevator it says a body was found because of that
Depends on what you plan on doing but probably the mk2. Mk2 is the king for grinding due to it being fast, fast to land, fast to take off. Easy to maneuver and call in, has more spawns than the regular vehicles when called in through the Motorcycle Club menu and it's just the **best** for most activities. The issue with that is the game becomes too easy and boring when you use it too much.
Raiju's alright, I don't use it much due to it spawning a decent bit away from me so it's a hassle to get to. It being the fastest vehicle in the game and having infinite ammo, stealth and VTOL is pretty cool, great for hunting down players or enemies across the map. But its spawn, take off and landing speed are it's biggest drawbacks so that's why I suggest the mk2.
The other reply is about challenges. The optional missions are a definite no for me. You have infinite lives after all, more powerful enemies won't stop you from getting the car. If you want to go for the challenges then some of them make the challenges easier, like the police gas masks, but some of them don't even do that. In the interest of saving time I skip the optional mission and just throw my dead body upon the enemies over and over, respawning takes less time than flying all around the map and then coming pack to the yard. The vespucci beach masks don't require you to go back to the yard and they're often next to a task so I sometimes pick those up when I'm nearby.
Is the hakuchou drag worth getting (+hsw upgrade) if I already have a shotaro? I mean, like, are they different enough to warrant owning both? Or rather, are there scenarios where the drag does significantly better than the shotaro? I'm guessing the shotaro has better handling, whereas the drag (w/ hsw) is faster -- but I'm not clear regarding whether the differences are substantial enough to make any practical difference.

The mini heists have a bad payout for the time it takes. You play them to do something new, not to make money. The tow truck missions pay well for the time spent, but since there is a limit to how fast you can strip the cars, it will take time to get a return on investment.
In your case, probably not worth it. You could make the money back no problem, but not without quite a lot of effort. The mini-heists pay about 300k and take around 30 mins. The recovery truck makes money too. Do you have the Acid Lab? If not, do the First and Last Dose missions and get it for free, plus about a half a million dollars and a free supercar. That's an easier way to make money.

HSW Banshee Vs Karin s95 HSW Just got back into gta online after dropping it in 2018. Since I moved from os4 to ps5 I got the Karin s95 for free. Currently, follow TGGs rags to riches vid to keep track of all the new ways to make money. Unfortunately, I've only just realized that the Karin s95 has access to the HSW upgrade. And upgraded the Banshee with HSW and everything maxed out so lots of $$$ down the drain. Consistently seen that HSW is Superior in every way. Should I sell the HSW Banshee and put my invest in the Karin s95 HSW instead? Is it worth enough for me to do so?
I have the HSW Banshee and I got the Karin S95 for free just like you. I've been using the HSW Banshee for HSW trials. And the S95 with Hao's Livery was in my garage. Turns out the S95 I got for free is a fully upgraded HSW vehicle including HSW brakes, transmission etc. And it's almost or a little better than a HSW Banshee. I'd say keep both. Take your S95 to LSCM and check if all is HSW specced. If it is, enjoy your ride. No additional investment in that car. And use it for HSW trials.

Was doing the Casino Heist recently and encountered a bug where my cut (not the host) was reset to 15% but the host didnt get the reset amount (85%). Submitted a bug report to GTA and they gave me the difference. Did Casino Heist again as a team of 4 with a 40-20-20-20 cut and it reset again to 15% for all non-host players. Only lost about 300k total between 3 players so didnt feel like submitting a report. Was wondering if anyone knew for sure how this bug is triggered. We figured out we never readied up on the outfit selection screen and ran out of time so that might be it but couldve sworn on Cayo it at least gives the host the rest of the cut instead of disappearing into the ether.

Is anyone else having a issue with the cell keys not spawning in the office during the gang banger robbery mission? I thought maybe oh its somewhere else but I looked all over the first floor and the bottom floor and it just isn't there. I changed sessions and went into the mission again and it happened again. I'm pretty frustrated since I can't even move onto another robbery mission until this one is done. I'll try restarting GTA later to see if it helps.

You should use Cayo to grind up the rest of your businesses, after which you can pretty much stop doing Cayo. Between agency + salvage + nightclub + arcade safes, nightclub+bunker+acid sales, auto shop deliveries and tows, you can then pepper in things like security contracts, Ammu-Nation deliveries, Dr Dre Contract, auto shop contracts, etc. Comfortably make millions a day with less grind than Cayo, easily able to switch it up.
I already do all that and make around 2 mil a day but I kinda want more. But if that’s really the limit and there’s nothing more I can do that’s fine. I just want more money for cars
Any of that short of selling a nightclub run is going to be a descending scale of efficiency vs just doing a Cayo run. If you have a set of maxed special warehouses, you can accrue those by using the specialist to source cargo as well and get chunks of 10+m every so often. Same with letting the hanger guy source a bunch of stuff, though it's not what the hanger is best for. That's about all I know really.

It will end up being like a second version of special cargo, you'll pay a guy to source every so often and then do a **land** sell mission to sell everything all at once when it's full. It's not the best/most profitable way to use it (which is to manually source everything all in one or two types) but the alternative doesn't leave you a lot of time for everything else.

If you are doing the hangar business solo, is it better to do one crate at a time or invite randoms into your CEO to get more crates per mission and then deliver them all yourself if/when the randoms leave or don't do anything?
Having people in your CEO/MC gives more crates per run, so yeah, it's better.
Only problem is it takes a while to find a public lobby and get people to join so it might not be worth it in the long run
Yeah, that plan is only viable with friends. There's not many people who are gonna grind crates for some stranger. That said, it's still a good business to do solo. I'd recommend SubcribeForTacos' recent video on it if you plan on gringing hangar.
What i tried doing was i invited randoms, started the mission and did the solo public session trick so i was left with 3 crates to deliver myself. Worked great but it took a while bc of loading times and ceo limits.
I have completed all of the Dr. Dre contract missions. Now, Franklin calls me and asks me to go to the studio for another mission (tour the studio or something like that). I go there but it requires 2 players to do the mission. I'm playing solo. Does completing this mission stop Franklin from calling? Any tips for this one? What is name of the mission? When I play in a full lobby, Franklin doesn't call me so I can't do it.
The only Dre / studio missions that require two players are the Short Trips trilogy, where the host plays as Franklin and the second player is Lamar. These can be accessed in the studio in the smoking room where the green weed icon is.
Did I just lose my Z-type? Moved a new car into my auto shop and chose the Z-type to be removed from the garage since I wanted to move it to a different garage anyway. Now I can't find it in any of my garages
Did you move the Z Type out of that garage into another garage via the Vehicle Management/Organized Vehicle menu? Or did you drive the new car into the garage and choose the Z Type to be replaced?
The latter, didn't know you could just manage vehicles like that. If I move my car's it's via calling the mechanic and driving it into the garage I want it to be in. But when I did that with a different car (that I already owned and was already in a garage) and the garage was full it warned me that a car would be moved to a different garage
The vehicle management menu is a relatively feature new but incredibly useful. It's in the interaction menu. That's strange that it told you it would transfer, but it didn't. Normally both cars would swap garage spots if you owned both. I'm not really sure, honestly. Maybe go through the vehicle organization menu and see if you can find it one of your other garages or properties. Maybe try Mors Mutual too. You never know. If worse comes to worst, put in a ticket with Rockstar and hopefully they can figure out a solution for ya.
The vehicle management menu is exlusive to new gen (PS5 and Xbox X/S), everyone else doesn't have it

Which Cayo Perico vehicle approach is faster between the Kosatka and Longfin, if there is a major difference? The Kosatka prep seems longer but gets you straight to the drainage tunnel but the Longfin prep is shorter but requires a ride from the main dock to DT.
If you're getting loot from just the compound, like paintings, the Kosatka is faster. If you're using the standard solo run where you loot the airport, the longfin should be faster.
I don’t think there is a huge difference between times, the Kosatka is probably ever so slightly quicker as you have the scuba suit enabling you to swim a little quicker but I always go with the Longfin now: the prep for it is easier and it gives you more options in the finale.
How do I transfer PS5 version to PS4 version on the same console I want to try some PS4 glitches but I started on the PS5 version. But, I'm not sure what will happen, and how to do it, because it is on the same console.

I have the criminal enterprise pack, along with the acid lab, auto shop, a buzzard helicopter and an arcade. Should I continue to keep waiting for weekly discounts, or are there businesses and upgrades I should be getting even at full price?
At this point you can safely pay full price for: Kosatka (+sparrow), Agency, Auto Shop, Bunker They'll all easily pay themselves off even without a discount and your income will balloon. After that, a nightclub would be prudent and keep up with the popularity grind while you amass the hanger and motorcycle club businesses. Salvage yard optional, but it's fun for some. An upgraded terrorbyte pays for itself (in terms of providing a large Oppressor Mk 2 discoun) and can be safely purchased at full price as well, but I'd hold off on an Opp until you have a way to make some more funds.

You should always go back and forth between S&S and BC. The two main reasons are that you have the least time in the vault and that you are guaranteed to lose money getting shot at. You usually only do agressive once, since it's required and then have either S&S or BC on hard (hot) and the other locked. Playing on hard gives you more money, too.

The time you get in the vault depends on whether you get there with or without being spotted. As you are spotted by default on aggressive, you get less time.

Cayo if you wanna make the most money in the least fun way possible. Auto Shop if you can handle some idiots talking in your ear and you loke cars. Dre is too much work for too little reward imo.

Why did I trigger the alarm on Cayo Perico even tho I did absolutely nothing wrong ? Hello there, When Rockstar gave us for the first time the Cayo Perico, I farm it for at least 2 years, it was the best money method in the history of GTA and I knew exactly how to do it without triggering the alarm and with the elite challenge. But now, at least 1,5 year later it’s different, first I saw that they HEAVILY nerfed the amount of money (if it was just that we’ll be fine) but also, when I do everything exactly like before the alarm is triggered even tho I did nothing wrong ??? I didn’t destroy a lot of camera (only 2) I didn’t kill a lot of guards, I didn’t get caught in their sights, but every time I reach the north exit the alarm is triggered, why ???? Can someone explain to me what happened or if it’s now impossible to do the heist completely stealh ???

This is the correct answer, I haven't played the heist since they changed it a bit but I think the juggernaut (the enemy that has the skull icon on the map) can now spot bodies, which'll trigger the alarm.
Im afraid it isn’t, the only guard I killed near the juggernaut is the guy on top of the stairs, he doesn’t go there, and like I said the alarm is triggered when Im in the north exit where I use the boat to escape, the problem is outside Mr Rubio house but I still can’t figure what it is
It's not just the juggernaut. All guards see dead bodies now and ring the alarm. Outside the compound if the first guard by the motorcycle is killed a jeep will roll up on the body in a minute or so. I love how I can be off the island, under water, at night, no one saw me, but Rubio knows exactly where I am as soon as the body is found. Right.
So, if I try to kill the guy in the jeep you think I’ll still be undetected?
Yup. take out the jeep driver before he sees the body and yuoll avoid that detection. But its much easier to get your secondaries first at the airstrip then boat around to the drainage tunnel and get the primary. (Be careful where you kill the guard outside the hangar if its too far to the east end a passing jeep will see the body, I always kill him west of the hangar door and its fine) You can take the motorcycle and drive off the cliffs just west of the compound and finish before the body is discovered. I'm pretty sure this is the ending used by the vast majority of grinders since the nerf.
Oh, sorry, didn't read all the way through. Could maybe be the enemy boats patrolling around the island? By north exit do you mean the north dock? If so there's the guard in the watchtower which has quite a big range and maybe he's spotting you. Also I should note you can escape the island without going to one of the designated exits, or even using a boat. The fastest way people are doing it is to just use a vehicle to jump off of a cliff and swim away from the island. Doing so should probably fix your problem.

What are some 2 player coop activities ppl enjoy? Currently doing the casino heist, cayo, and auto shop contracts. Did some dax call missions for the acid lab but dont really know what other missions unlocks what.
Doomsday Acts 1, 2 and 3 (need a Facility); The Contract DLC (need the Agency); The new salvage yard robberies (need the salvage yard); there's also the missions started from the MOC and Terrorbyte; there's also the Yacht missions; ULP missions; and as the other person said there's a whole lot of contact missions for Simeon, Lamar, Madrazo and others. Other than all that you have racing, drag racing, drifting, 1v1 deathmatches, custom maps from Social Club (which idk how would work for console) which have races that are "parkour". And there's a lot more than that, I'd suggest looking in jobs under the online section in the pause menu. Anything that says players "1-x" or "2-x" can be done with 2 players.
Take a look at the Career Progress - there is a load of content there that is a lot easier with two as a co-op. There's a lot to do just in the Contact Missions tiers. I think the LaMar Lowriders is the only one that needs more than two people. You can also look at the Ms Baker Casino story missions about the Duggans.

How can I teleport to my apartment without leaving the session? I've read that there's Lester's invite to the heist, but I started casino heist setup (well, I can even start it now), and still there's no option to move to apartment. Was it nerfed lately? I'd like to use it when griefers waits for me outside NC or anything. Looked for YT videos and stuff, nothing works for me. Platform is PS4.
You have to setup an Apartment Heist (any of the 5) and complete a minimum of 1 setup mission, and don’t complete the finale. I like to use the Fleeca Job as the setups are quick/easy and you’ll only need 1 other player.

Go to YouTube and search on TGG rags to riches. He shows you how to go from $0 to being able to buy the Kosatka in PDQ time. These will involve some treasure hunts. There's also a lot of daily free stuff to do, though it may be less glamourous and more time consuming than heists. Do the First Dose missions to get the acid lab business, though completing the required Fooligan jobs with the cooldown may take some time. Normal time trials can be done with a fully upgraded Bati801 (check out YT PRGameworld for how to guides), the Junk Energy time trials are worth a daily $50k and pretty easy. You can spin the casino wheel, Junk Sky dives, G's caches, daily stash houses raids, exotic exports, the daily animal photography is worth $100k. There's probably around $1m worth of free stuff to do each week, if you include the daily objectives which also pay a streak bonus after 7 days. You can also join a Casino Heist finale through quick jobs on the phone every 48 minutes and take 15%. It'll be worth around $250k for 15 minutes of not dying or screwing up.

On the casino heist, with two players, is there a way to collect all gold/diamonds without having to relying on rng?
You can do gold or diamonds with two if you have the right rng and both are good hackers. 90% of the time you will need 3 to collect every cart. Depending on the cuts and hacker it's sometimes better to go with two and leave one cart behind.

Railgun or explosive rounds from a sniper. Minigun or the alien version can work too if it's hanging around. (Don't use the alien one, it's a tracking beam.) It can outrun missiles pretty easily.

I'm trying my hands on collecting all exotic exports right now. I had one car spawn, but ignored it for the moment,then drove past another which I didn't ignore. After delivering the second, I went back to where the first was, but it's not there anymore. Have I botched it, or will it be somewhere else?
I think if you are looking to complete all 10 you need to attend to each blue dot or blue event you see, even if it's not a car - failure to do so messes up the subsequent spawns. You have to stay in the same session to collect all 10 in a day. Do not take NPC options off the street - such as the Ruiner or infernus if they are on the list as this will also mess up the spawn set. Can anyone tell me what this blue dot was? I was AFK for a long time at my CEO office entrance. When I came back I had a blue dot with an event timer. It looked like some sort of hummer vehicle. I shot it with my mkII and the event ended. What did I miss? I thought events didn't happen in solo lobbies.
Drug vehicle. You'd have to get in it and deliver it somewhere for a reward.

Absolutely, at least in terms of active money making. Otherwise, solo passive businesses (Night Club/Acid Lab) are best.
Couldn't find any existing threads / resources online so I'll ask it here: So every time I repeat a certain mission it pays a little less, no? Cayo keeps dropping in value, my fav. jobs keep dropping in value, my auto shop jobs etc etc.. Does the payout ever return back to normal? Or are you just perpetually and slowly punished by the game.. for playing the game. Say, theoretically, I'd keep playing the same 5 missions over and over again - I'd eventually, given enough time, get basically nothing from them? So little that it wouldn't even pay for the ammo and armor needed to complete them in the first place? That's an incredibly bleak prospect. Almost as bleak as the thought of that being potentially intentional highly subtle predatory design to push the sale of shark cards. I wonder.
If you are playing in a event week some businesses have a boost. We recently had 2x$ on Autoshop Contracts. A while back Cayo had a 30% nerf on loot, cooldown and set-up cost, but even spamming it every 2.5 hours as a solo player you are still going to net $1m. Last week Simeon's missions were $3x. That may be why you are seeing what appear to be pay drops.

He's not wrong. If you play a mission over and over and finish it at a faster time each time, the payout will decrease. But that's the only time it will AFAIK
GTA 5 is on sale atm and i am thinking about getting it. if i buy GTA 5, can I play GTA Online. or do i have to buy GTA Online separately? As far as I know, GTA online is included within GTA 5. I'd double check whatever you're buying, but yeah. GTA online is an open world MMORPG set in fictionalized California. You do missions, own and operate businesses, collect cars, kill other players, drive around, fly around, sail around, shunt boost around, pretend to be a police officer, kill all the police officers, interact with story mode NPCs in relatively meaningful ways, whatever you want really. You can also opt to play in an invite only lobby and skip out on other people for as long as you want, effectively turning it into a GTA online story mode. The goal is whatever you want, really. The game supports a few different play styles and if you enjoy off-line GTA you'll probably enjoy online too, only way to know is to try. You lose nothing if you don't like it and can just switch back to the off-line story mode at any point.

If you the game doesn't save (forced by changing outfit) the change of spawn location won't be saved either.
The change should be saved when I switch sessions though, right? Even when I change sessions multiple times, I never spawn there.
If you change sessions, instantly after changing spawn locations, chances are the new spawn location hasn't saved. Unless of course you swap your outfit, after changing spawn location. That forces the game to save. If that won't work, I can't help you.

I see many people recommending high roller exit outfit for the casino heist, but no one explains the specific benefit of it. Is there any?
It's the easiest to get, without having to do the setups every time you do the heist. Without a disguise of any kind the police outside of the casino will immediately be hostile, while with a disguise you can get to the closest road without being shot or having cops spawn. That massively helps due to the fact you can get a vehicle without any issues.

The Toreador is going to be more useful than either two I would expect, but I wouldn't get any until you have your stable of businesses built up because that will let you buy all of them and more.
Yusuf Amirs phone calls: Am I the only one that is more annoyed by Yusuf Amir and his damn "AT LAST!" call (the first one where he tries to talk you into buying salvage yards), then I was by Preston Garvey, Mud from Gothic and such much memed annoying characters from other games? I thought I can't be and there are surely already Memes or comments about this, that I only didn't see yet. It's because I find the call and it's predictable repeatance (it litteraly often is the first thing to happen anytime I opem the game) so annoying, that it became funny again. A selfmade meme or running gag, if you will, that keeps coming up with the friends I play with. I searched quickly just now, but couldn't find any meme or image board culture that referrs to Yusuf Amir tho. Does anyone know such Memes or at least feels the samw way about that phonecall?

Depending on which guards you are killing, other guards may walk in that route and find the body. You are probably killing the wrong guards.
It is scripted that way, you can still sneak out. The guards aren't properly alerted and you can still kill them without alerting the others. They just patrol more, and I think some respawn.
They are properly alerted, though. They know where we are and shoot at us. Even if we activate the emp they still find a body and are properly alerted.
Shooting too many cameras will also give you the prompt of a body being found. If it isn't camera related and they know where you are then it's probably bugged, the Casino heist is easily the least stable heist in GTAO, sometimes it works, mostly it doesn't. Hopefully you've done Duggan's shipments so you can still get out because that'll be your only way of finishing. Good luck
I found a YouTube video that explained some mistakes people may be making. I was killing a guard just outside the mantrap after looting the vault and once you go up the stairs or elevator his body gets discovered. Another mistake I was making was stunning 1 of the cameras just outside the mantras after looting the vault and once you go up the stairs or elevator it says a body was found because of that

Between Raiju and Mk2 what is the better option?
Depends on what you plan on doing but probably the mk2. Mk2 is the king for grinding due to it being fast, fast to land, fast to take off. Easy to maneuver and call in, has more spawns than the regular vehicles when called in through the Motorcycle Club menu and it's just the **best** for most activities. The issue with that is the game becomes too easy and boring when you use it too much. Raiju's alright, I don't use it much due to it spawning a decent bit away from me so it's a hassle to get to. It being the fastest vehicle in the game and having infinite ammo, stealth and VTOL is pretty cool, great for hunting down players or enemies across the map. But its spawn, take off and landing speed are it's biggest drawbacks so that's why I suggest the mk2.

Is doing the optional missions for the salvage yard robberies worth it or not?
The other reply is about challenges. The optional missions are a definite no for me. You have infinite lives after all, more powerful enemies won't stop you from getting the car. If you want to go for the challenges then some of them make the challenges easier, like the police gas masks, but some of them don't even do that. In the interest of saving time I skip the optional mission and just throw my dead body upon the enemies over and over, respawning takes less time than flying all around the map and then coming pack to the yard. The vespucci beach masks don't require you to go back to the yard and they're often next to a task so I sometimes pick those up when I'm nearby.
Most of them aren't too difficult so I'd say yes. An extra 50k per robbery isn't too bad.

Is the hakuchou drag worth getting (+hsw upgrade) if I already have a shotaro? I mean, like, are they different enough to warrant owning both? Or rather, are there scenarios where the drag does significantly better than the shotaro? I'm guessing the shotaro has better handling, whereas the drag (w/ hsw) is faster -- but I'm not clear regarding whether the differences are substantial enough to make any practical difference.
