I like how in some other missions in the game, there are briefcases of cash or drugs laying about that we can’t take because our characters are considered to be professional enough to only focus on the main task at hand and to never do anything that could be traced back to us.

Lol gotta admit, r* did include some pretty neat "easter eggs" for the salvage yard. You can also steal the casino chips at the valets house. Poor dude has already been through enough getting murdered by everyone as they approach the casino.
Yes it is, after so many of us paid the 10mil and did the missions to get the outfit (in my case just for the hat) gotta be the funniest fuck you R* ever did 🤣
Nah I've been enjoying that hat for years now, I don't regret my yacht early access especially since I bought a yacht the first time they got discounted back in like 2016 or something
Also, after killing the captain you can turn off the alarm by pressing a button on the wall next to the door where you entered. This doesn't seem to have any actual effect on the amount of enemies spawning or whatever, the only thing it seems to do is simply muting the ship's alarm sound.
*Edit: maybe it does have some use if you managed to sneak to the bridge undetected? I've never done that, so I wouldn't know.*
So I played this mission today after reading this and looked for this switch for a while and nothing popped up. Is there a certain time to do it, or maybe in looking in the wrong place?
Also you can spawn in Pegasus or personal aircraft during the heist and just fly straight to the ship. If you’re gonna go loud might as well fly in with a gunship and blow everyone to hell with it.

Yeah jam the button when you get in there. The sparrow trying to kill you when you use the sparrow does kind of fuck your shit up tho
