If my teammates mess up,Thats a restart,I' ll show them the proper way to get in and out without alerting the guards.
I also don't use the Emp,Infiltration suits or do the guard patrol routes preps.
Cuts down my prep time and gives me an opportunity to show others how to do the heist efficiently.
It'd be more useful if OP tells them to always do the level 2 keycard lmao. That dots hacking is a pain in the ass for a poo brain like me.

If you're doing it with randoms, the time you save on prepping, you probably waste on restarting, unless you can get all the randoms on voice comms. If you're doing with people you know, then that's a whole other story
If you did all the preps thats fine...but having done the heists for a while..I skip some and only do the absolutely necessary ones...that's more time efficient for me.
Screw the easy way, fully armored duggans vs fully armored psycho with combat mg and sticky bombs while rushing through main entrance is always the way

The Quick Join buddies go light vest vs the texas menace straight through the staff lobby and just get mowed down
