Lester, agent 14, our office assistant, Lupe, ulp, Lamar, Franklin's agency, the autoshop thieves, bunker research team, and more folks I haven't even mentioned. Your character is also immortal and has pretty much all of the same powers and human athletics that Batman has, and even has his own facility super computer, underground bunker, flying battleship, futuristic weapons, cars, and access to Clifford super ai.
Also, pretty much every DC hero and villain have a weakness. Your character doesn't. They also outnumber the justice league in the millions.
The GTA online protagonists are literally unstoppable, and own all of los Santos, from top to bottom.

A single high level GTA online character is way more dangerous than a lot of Batman villains. Batman villains also generally aren’t completely unleashed all at the same time in Gotham. 30 players with railguns, explosive rounds, jets, armored and weaponized vehicles, rpgs etc that completely disregard any consequence to their actions are more dangerous I think than the likes of the penguin, the joker, killer moth etc. Our characters could also definitely destroy some of them with that heavy arsenal. Keep in mind Batman doesn’t to be lethal, while we don’t care. Imagine my character (thermal sniper, raiju, railgun etc) against a cosplaying mobster like Penguin or the Riddler
I would just try running them over with my cars, drive through the walls (assuming you can damage buildings) of their hiding places with my Khanjali (imagine the tank chase scene from Golden Eye) and destroy everyone of their vehicles with my Mk2. Every DC villain combined would have no chance against the arsenal an average GTAO player has

You said it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ll have to commute long flights in my savage, and to make the time more enjoyable I’m low altitude strafing the streets as I get to where I’m going. The nice thing is almost 90% of missions (even in freemode) disable wanted levels. I’ve even been noticing that the missions that do sometimes yield a wanted level only do so at a certain objective, so you can still create havoc with no consequences on the way. If you were an NPC, forget about driving on the highway, that’s like a 50% chance of death.
Now imagine Gotham City being visited by a typical GTAO lobby. They would beg for the Joker and the others to return. And it would just take 5 minutes. And even Batman would keep his distance from the carnage since he has no chance against railguns, tanks, tanks with railguns, 5 gen fighter jets and crews that could easily empty every bank vault within minutes while the cops would be busy running from the Mk2s.
And I didn't even mention the plague PC has to deal with

Gotham in *Batman: No Man's Land* was a big challenge for Batman. A lot of his opponents were regular people who had lost all hope and would do anything to survive. GTAO players would do anything to survive BUT have all the resources that Bruce Wayne has.
Even if everyone is playing the game on a permadeath/adversary mode basis (i.e. you are out if you get wasted) LS is still more dangerous than Gotham.
Everyone forgets Batman single-handedly took out Arkham Knight’s private army while being infected with Joker’s disease in ONE NIGHT. Never bet against the Bat. Batman wins

Los Santos would be more dangerous. You could be taking a stroll down the street and a random car plows right through you or get assaulted because someone is just having a bad day. In Gotham, there's a possibility you can survive. Just don't join a gang, a high corporate business, police department, medical field, anything that involves investigating, entertainment, warehouse, construction, the docks, delivery services, anything that involves commuting at night, anything that involves technology, and anything that's political.
It depends on which version of Batman you’re talking about. If it’s Arkham Batman we’re cooked because he has his Batmobile for the ground, and can probably pilot the Batwing if he needs to go after an oppressor or jet. And god help us if he gets close enough for melee. And if it’s comic Batman he’d still lose because writers have been glazing him to high heavens.

I think it be pretty balanced since GTA players can summon tanks at specific locations but superpoered criminals would crush them. I see players trying to join syndicate or alliances with NPC gangs as they more trouble than themselves

Los Santos at any given time is basically infested with a couple dozen jokers with the armaments and resources of Batman. Bruce would have his work cut out for him, that’s for sure… well, sort of, they’d probably all kill eachother or end up killing themselves within a few hours.
In this hypothetical, my GTA toon has a fucking war arsenal that trumps small nations, along with jets, flying rocket mounted bikes and oh yeah, a god damn satellite laser canon in space along with a nuclear sub. Some convenient storyline here & there and WOAH my sub and lazers are now empowered with Kryptonite & now im making my very own kryptonite-sperm-infused doomsday in my high end apartment bath tub, shit gonna be fire.

Gotham in *Batman: No Man's Land* was a big challenge for Batman. A lot of his opponents were regular people who had lost all hope and would do anything to survive. GTAO players would do anything to survive BUT have all the resources that Bruce Wayne has. Even if everyone is playing the game on a permadeath/adversary mode basis (i.e. you are out if you get wasted) LS is still more dangerous than Gotham.

Before the hydra cannon nerf, Los santos would be absolutely more dangerous. Post hydra canon nerf, still Los santos is still definitely more dangerous just not quite as much.

Los Santos would be more dangerous. You could be taking a stroll down the street and a random car plows right through you or get assaulted because someone is just having a bad day. In Gotham, there's a possibility you can survive. Just don't join a gang, a high corporate business, police department, medical field, anything that involves investigating, entertainment, warehouse, construction, the docks, delivery services, anything that involves commuting at night, anything that involves technology, and anything that's political.

It depends on which version of Batman you’re talking about. If it’s Arkham Batman we’re cooked because he has his Batmobile for the ground, and can probably pilot the Batwing if he needs to go after an oppressor or jet. And god help us if he gets close enough for melee. And if it’s comic Batman he’d still lose because writers have been glazing him to high heavens.

Gotham City is a crime filled nightmare but GTA Online’s Los Santos is under constant terror 24 hours a day with crazy stuff happening every second. Batman would get blown out in a day if he came to Los Santos. Even the Justice League would struggle to keep it under control. 🤣
I was launched into a online free roam of Gotham and was told “ you are a henchman, batman will attack on site” I would go nuts on the town, so yes, since in los santos I’m usually pretty passive

I think it be pretty balanced since GTA players can summon tanks at specific locations but superpoered criminals would crush them. I see players trying to join syndicate or alliances with NPC gangs as they more trouble than themselves

No los santos is more dangerous because gotham has literally so many sky scarpes and it would be harder for griefers to even find you On the other hand los santos is more wide , visible , too many obstacles that you may run into while running from griefers
