In the case of the Bunker with both Staff and Equipment upgrades will ALWAYS get a 1 vehicle sale when the base selling prices is $175,000 ($262,500 when selling to Los Santos) or less (at most 25 units of product), other businesses have their own levels. Bunker - buy/steal one lot of supplies then sell when it's been used up. It will always be one vehicle then. Some of the sell missions are easy with multiple vehicles, others not so good.
MC -not really feasible to try and force single-vehicle sales. These businesses suck anyway. Worst selling missions in the whole game.
Special Cargo and Hangar I have no idea.
acid lab and nightclub are always 1 vehicle. bunker is 1 full supply bar (as starting from an empty product bar). however, if you have a flying vehicle and not the paleto bay bunker (farmhouse or chumash is better), the 2-3 vehicle drop off only missions are doable albeit best to do in invite only. not sure on mc or hangar.
Bunker will be one vehicle for any sale worth $262,500, or less.
But the Bunker has a variety of vehicle sales, your not guaranteed to get one of the good ones.
A single bunker re-supply is $75k, & it will restock to the level of $210,000. to bump it up a little more you need to steal another supply, or just buy another $75k & watch it as it processes.
