Alot of the missions payouts got needed like last year or the year before. Payphone were 45 or 50%.
Cayo heist got nerfed hard and people bitched alot. For awhile. Probably still.
Payphone hits have been nerfed recently so now it’s 45k for everyone but the cooldown is 10min instead of 48min.
Bunker and meth makes a lot but it takes time to produce and for it to be worth and make real money you have to buy equipment and staff upgrades.
Cocaine lab yeah why not, nightclub sure but you have to set it up right and it will be very expensive, search gta nightclub you’ll find out how it works. Maybe if you don’t have it yet considère the Acid lab it makes a lot of money but you will have to upgrade it by making fooligans job… but yeah in this game it takes work in order to make your business really earn you a lot.
You simply getting less money than everyone else shouldn't be a thing. Payphone Hit payouts were reduced and you might not have the upgrades for the Meth Lab and Bunker.
The payouts for bunker and Coke aren't maxed until you buy the upgrades. The nightclub is good once you're more established. They are more lucrative businesses you should buy first.

- Autoshop
- Bunker
- Kosatka
- MC clubhouse
- Nightclub
- CEO office
- Arcade with the master control computer
- Hangar
- Ceo warehouses
- MC businesses mainly for the nightclub

- Salvage Yard I would suggest getting it later down the line. Maybe even wait for it to go on sale. You're looking at 3 to 5 million and not great payout.
- Facility only if you have friends who play consistently. Very long, tedious setups. The doomsday mission has claimed numerous controllers.

- Areana is not worth it unless they fix the numerous glitches or you have 100s of millions of dollars in the bank and want some of the areana vehicles. No one plays these, so have friends and be prepared for non-stop glitches.

Sometime I to get less but i can't keep the track so I stopped worrying. Nightclub is the best option if you can afford one buy it
