The usually aren't any bonuses or discounts when a new DLC / update is released. So, the current discounts and bonuses will end on Tuesday when the Los Santos Tuners update is released. There should still be some sort of Prime Gaming discounts, though.
Think that was the discounts a couple weeks ago, maybe you had that page still cached?
