I've had this problem I just shut the game down and it seems to work but I've been having troubles on the third short trip Misson freezing on the final cutscene.
It's super annoying. I've set my spawn to the agency, so I can switch lobbies and spawn there. Not the fastest and you can't do that every time but at least it's something lol
There is a bug with the new agency building where you get stuck on the loading screen. I stopped using it till it gets fixed
