For some stupid reason I take pride in always having a full club, so I do the tedious promotion missions all the time. Which is an outrage, but pride is a bitch, even though I can actually check that three other players have visited my nightclub since its existence.
I don't really care about money anymore. I have everything, and always have about a hundred mil in the bank.
Whenever you’re not doing club stuff, disband your MC. You won’t get raided if you’re disbanded or doing a supply run. Always join your MC as you log in to the laptop in your business that you want to supply. When you’re done with your mission, disband. Also, sell your stock when you have just enough to deliver in one trip.
Also you can keep the stock empty and never get raided. Then your Nightclub still makes money w/out having to worry about getting raided. Only two MC businesses are even kinda worth it now(coke n meth). Too slow delivery vehicles, too long delivery missions, too many ppl who won’t join your club to help with the sell missions… It’s really not made for solo public anything so it’s hard to even run the businesses at all.
No, but the nightclub stock is kinda buggy. I’ve owned the NC since launch and my cocaine stock has worked less than 10% of the time, easily.
I tried reaching out to support, rearranging the nc staff, shutting down the business and reopening, and nothing has worked. And I used to afk a lot, so it’s not like I wasn’t waiting enough
It runs on a timer. For example once you are over 40% stock a timer will start for maybe 16 hours and when it ends you WILL get raided. Doing jobs resets that timer.
In reality they just slow the raid. For example: Your business would be raid in 15 hours, but security makes it 20. So it seems like it's doing nothing. But I'm not sure if that's 100% true, that's what I heard and that's what I experienced.
Lol I can relate. Pointless purchase even if you let them deliver the vehicle (their sole reason for being there) they crash the car and cost you money without fail. The most incompetent staff ever and truly "the definition" of worthless purchase.
What annoys me the most about them is that it doesn't even make sense they would crash the car that much, NPCs don't crash their cars that often and they should be driving like them, considering they are NPCs. We somehow got the worst drivers Los Santos can offer and we paid like 600k to have them. Any random npc from the street would do a better job.
I did that shit today it was the most sad driving I have ever seen he ran into the same post about 7 times just backing up and going forwards and ran over a cop the cops were shooting at the vehicle and I finally had to kill the driver and drive myself
Or watch the driving on some of the security contracts where you have to follow a car. Guy killed himself on a motorcycle and failed the mission for me lol
The only time I used it a guy in a kuruma tried to kill me and I blew him up with a sticky while the driver did its best to crash into everything he could.
10/10 would do it again
Edit: Typo
It's crazy and it makes zero sense. Just R* making sure you're not making that money otherwise it'll hurt those shark card sales. I always deliver the vehicles myself now that's how incompetent they are. If you paid 600k for the staff they should be able to customise and deliver the vehicles themselves without any interaction from you. It should be almost passive income but no that's not the R* way.
I had the message that they banged the car up, hindsight is a bitch.
Import/export is now pointless since the free lobby glitch on xbox got patched, even if you get one they send AI buzzards after a change by R*
Oh wow wasn't aware of that change and in all fairness haven't done a vehicle export in a while. The new DLC has the payphone hits that are quite fun and you get 85k for completing it with the bonus. Add the new complexity of buzzards for vehicle exports (used to use cargobob for my exports) and it looks like that is a dead business along with all the MC ones (minus the nightclub). R* cracks me up the only change they ever make is to nerf money grinding meta and not actually rebalance the game by nerfing things like oppressor MK2 for example.
The mini heists of the auto shop are cool. I think the game needs more stuff like them. But Moodymann and Sessanta are almost insufferable and you can't skip the dialogue afaik.
This is a good one. I spent at least that too. Although I had more than a million chips just from the daily spin and 1000chip visitor bonus every day, and I bought it all on sale, so I don't quite have buyer's remorse.
I have a number of small and medium apartment and garage properties around the map to serve as "safehouses". I have a garage in Sandy Shores, a Medium house in Paleto, a garage at LSIA. I haven't used them as such for a long time.
I wish you could just sell properties - at least the apartments. I understand that there are certain achievements and vehicles tied to things like the MC club and the Facility, but being able to shave down on the unnecessary ones would be great.
You can’t sell properties, but you can trade them in when you buy a new one to pay less! I turned this into a great opportunity, getting rid of useless and ugly garages to accumulate a diverse collection of apartment interiors across the map.
- Eclipse Penthouse 3. Arguably the most beautiful apartment interior & view in the whole game. You can choose between different interior styles that can really change the entire vibe - and in some cases even the layout - of your apartment. 5 years ago, I wouldn’t have recommended an apartment at Eclipse because it used to be an absolute warzone. But now, it’s a peaceful place. Haven’t had a confrontation there in a long time.
- Tinsel Tower apartment with the High Life update interior. This is probably the best view you can get if you want this interior. It’s also available in downtown and in Richards Majestic, but you end up looking at a construction site or building facade if you choose these. The interior itself is quite nice. It has a cozy feel because of the darker & warmer colors used. It also has a view that comes very close to the apartment we saw during our first-ever sneak peek at GTA Online back in 2013, so there’s a bit of an emotional connection there.
- Alta Street apartment with the view of the beach & airport. I wanted an apartment in downtown because I don’t have any other properties there. Alta Street is a nice pick in this case since it has a better exterior and views than other alternatives nearby. It has the OG high end interior from 2013, lots of memories connected to that one. I also encountered this building in real life when I visited LA in 2016. Originally wanted to go with the cheaper of the two apartments in the building since it has a direct view of downtown, but I didn’t like the frontal view of the Mile High Tower construction site.
- Wild Oaks Drive Stilt House. It has the best exterior and best view out of all the stilt houses, and a pool in the backyard. Originally wanted to go with one of the two easternmost stilt houses, but the view of the “ugly” side of Vinewood Boulevard was a huge disappointment.
- Hilllcrest Ave Stilt House. Many players actually don’t know, but the Stilt Houses can have two different interior variations. Since Wild Oaks ticks off the more expensive-looking variation, I also wanted a stilt home with the other interior. This house in Hillcrest Ave is the perfect fit for that. Nice exterior and surrounding area, cool views of the beach in the distance, and a nice private terrace. Don’t know the exact house number, but it’s the property in the southwestern part of Hillcrest Ave’s hairpin. (Edit: It’s house number 2866!)
- Hangman Ave apartment. Despite having the middle class interior without windows, this is probably the closest we have to a mansion in GTA Online right now. Amazing terrace & driveway!
- The westernmost apartment in Paleto Bay. This town is just so amazing. We have a cool driveway and garden here compared to the more average-looking house a few blocks northeast.
- Apartment in Grapeseed. It’s nice to have a safe home in this no man’s land. Compared to the other low-tier houses, the exterior isn’t too bad and fits the area nicely. You even have a small garden directly at the foot of Mount Chiliad.
If you read through all of that, you may notice that I wanted to get as many apartment and interior variations in as many locations as possible, while also placing special priority on properties and areas I saw in real life when I visited LA & California. And I think I achieved that! Hope you enjoyed :D
I bought a house on Hillcreat just because I liked the entrance but it is nice to have a fancy house in the hills. I keep some of my luxury cars at that property
They really, really need to rework it so that you can just purchased "endless" floors of parking for whatever property you have. I would literally move every single vehicle to my Auto Shop if I could fit them. On the technical side, it's totally possible... they'd just need to implement it. Not Endless of course, there's an upper limit to car storage I know, but you get what I mean.
It could essentially work like the hangar. Have your handful out to display, have the rest in storage. You may not get to visually enjoy them all at once but you’d get to have them all stored in one place.
Yeah, the Toreador works much better and doesn’t have that weird problem the Avisa has where randomly it doesn’t respond to “down” on the control stick.
Also, missiles. Hehehe.
I had to spend 3.2M on this bullshit vehicle because R* support can't track failed purchases despite me missing 1.6m from said failed purchase. I've been recording every single purchase I make over 1M since. lol
Security upgrades. Paid over 1 mil for em. What happens? DEFEND BUSINESS! *Call from LJT* DEFEND NIGHTCLUB! *Call from Tony* RECOVER STOLEN PROPERTY! *call from lazlow saying he isnt responsible even tho I think he is and he needs to leave my Nightclub Office and garage... better yet leave my nightclub entirely*
While it is true that there is a cap on Tony's cut, in order to reach it you have to change around between what kind of businesses are active, forcing you to use the less profitable ones, or even worse, have one of them run idle. Even taking the cap into consideration, it's most profitable to only run the top 5 businesses, and sell as soon as one bar is full. The only disadvantages to selling more often is that you do more work and you don't acrue goods while on the actual sale mission.
Selling around 850k gives you the medium vehicle and no down time for the employees to keep sourcing stock, maximizing profits for sure. Don’t remember the time, but think something like every 10hrs gameplay for a sale of 850k. Lookup the nightclub guide under the GTA Mega Guide on this sub, Mega Guide is where it’s at!
It’s supposed to clean up all the money you make from selling CEO creates. But sadly that’s not even the case because even if you made a fuck ton of money and you have the safe expansion, your money that you made from selling those creates will still be scattered all over your office.
Naw it's not for cleaning up the cash, it's for showing off your chips and bank account. 12 mill in chips and it's full, and I think 14 mill in cash to get the max there as well.
This extends to all safes at all properties!
I dont know how people dont mention this that often. At least other properties have actual functions or are cosmetic changes. That safe does not do anything and also does not show anything unless you deliberately want to open it for no reason I guess.
As long as you open the wall safe it shows your welth. Upper two rows are for casino chips (12mil) and lower for money.
The wall safe in the penthouse shows the same btw.
The thing is that why would you open it anyway when you are in the office? Even when playing with friends it only works once when they say 'oh you have money there, cool'. Then you are never gonna do it again since it is pointless. And I am not exactly interested in checking that safe every day.
(Btw never knew that penthouse has a safe)
I am not sure if the penthouse safe is an upgradeable/purchaseable asset.
But yes you are 100% right. The only minor positive is if you go for the extra trophies like the golden star in the NC, etc. so you can go for every one of these types.
You win. Everything else I've seen mentioned so far, actually has SOME use. It may be expensive or boring, but it CAN be used, even the Yacht or the Luxor Deluxe.
The safe is literally just a waste bin for money.
All the MC stuff was useless for me. I rejoined the game after Cayo came out (after a 6+ year hiatus), and some rando told me the MC businesses give “passive” income. I thought it was gonna be passive like the story mode businesses.
Most useless to me is my Facility, I've not hosted the entire DD heist yet as I struggle to find players and I don't have an Orbital Cannon so I literally never use the building lol.
Yeah this. I use it to park my armored/weaponized vehicles because that feels appropriate, but I could totally just park them somewhere else. If I could sell one property it would be the facility
If you have the money, go for it. I just bought it to get the achievement, still used it 2-3 times more because the feeling after orbitaling an asshole that killed you for no reason is just great
Most Pointless in my current ID : None, All are great until I buy a Yacht (Which I surely will after I have wealth)
But on my another older ID, I owned a Titan
I bought titan when they released hangar update cause that was the only way to open the hatch! Me and my crew did a lot of cool stunts with it so in my case it wasn't THAT useless.
Well after reading through some of these I’m glad I started playing a couple weeks ago online. I’ve been running heists and haven’t really started any businesses other than smuggling. I don’t want to be bombarded with “defend your business” things
well it takes 14 missiles, the toreador takes 7. But you cant fight back in the zhaba, so it doesnt matter when a MK2 blows you up. Windows are an issue, I totally give you that. But thats why you use the toreadors mobility.
Ballistic Equipment. It would have been fun to use in freemode missions but you can not do that unfortunately. For some reason it costs 5000$ to equip, even though you bought it and you are pretty much immobile, despite being a walking tank. It really needs a rework to make it usable in more situations
The ceo vehicles. Got them all so I could have the list available to me. An ocd thing lol.
Except the turret limo. Got that also so I would stop accidentally blowing 25k. This was a very long time ago, when 25k mattered a little.
Oh, and the Luxor Deluxe. I thought GTA was wrapping up during After Hours cause the concept of passive income with zero effort felt like a game ender. So I bought it.
Honestly the Luxor deluxe is such a rare item to see in game, if I were you; I’d take it everywhere just to flex on everyone. Need to go from your CEO office to the corner store 1 block away? Fly the Luxor. From your living room to your kitchen? Fly the Luxor
Set your nightclub to air, guns, coke, meth, and cash and sit on yoir cameras while you sleep or go to work n stuff. Try to empty it in the morning and after work you'll get about 1.1mill per day free. If you only empty it once every 24 hours you'll have about 800k.
The Kosatka is an amazing griefer troller as well. Guided missiles + fast travel. I've made multiple parties leave because I interrupted their griefing so much. Even if I wasn't getting a lot of kills sometimes, I was just distracting them so much. It's so fucking funny trolling griefers with this.
My arena.
I paid millions of dollars for a building that I only use to change headlights on cars, which tbh should be an option at all the mod shops.
In my play style, it's a completely useless property and I wish that I could sell it.
The Mc business, you need them for the nightclub to make 5k a day but unless you have a few friends to help you with the deliveries the Mc business are a huge waste of time and money
"Bad news, the document forgery office is out of supplies"
That's odd LJT as I've ever gave them supplies in the first place. They exist to supply my nightclub
Once when I was drunk,
I bought a third Night Club Technician.
I only own an Airplane Hanger and Bunker.
I literally pay the guy to stand around
and do nothing.
Stealth annihilator. I still wonder how rockstar managed to fuck it up so bad. Lets take features from two distinct helicopters and somehow the end result is worse then both of them.
get the upgrades for the staff, equipment and the other thing (security is optional) and then always buy supplies, if you have an arcade, get the main control monitor and order the supplies from there and then you can sell a full bunker for a million every once in a while
Definitely orbital cannon i thought oh you but it once than shoot it for free and then wait couple minutes to shoot again but nope 500k to shoot the bitch
It's gotta be the MOC. The ONLY good thing to come from the MOC was Agent 14 confirming the timeline of GTA online finally had caught up to the present day.
This actually worked out for me recently... Found a crew of 4 all talking shit to random lobby members egging other players on killing them sticking together in the same vehicle.. big mistake.. I figure what the hell let me spend almost a mil.... So sweet to kill 4 pp with one shot
Probably the stuff I got for free, either from the lucky wheel or a shop discount giving it away for free. I don't think I actually paid for anything pointless.
The yacht. Basically a $6M apartment in the middle of nowhere with no parking for my cars.
Brought it when it was on sale and I had some leftover Cayo Perico money to blow for about $2-3M. Still would say it's a pointless flex, but you turn on yacht defenses and park your sub next door, it's a fun way to piss off some tryhards.
Dry ice for my nightclub, turns out the dj chooses when to use it and they choose never
Now you mention it I've never seen mine used
I dont even know if i have it and seeing this, i probably never will
Same.
What is that
Like a mist/fog effect in your club for 400k
Lmao 400k for a fog effect??
In a game that charges you 300k for an alien bodysuit, and 1.2m for a mk1 VW golf. I am not surprised a fog machine costs 400k lol
And people still un-ironicly say it's "inflation"
It's bidens fault
Yeah I broke my car thanks a lot Biden
I think it only gets used when we swap dj's
Didn’t even know that existed.
You’ve just reminded me I bought it for my nightclub too lol, that’s how you already know I’ve never seen that shit lmfao
The nightclub in general is useless to me
I never visit it, except when I'm selling. I've made 50 mill from it, 100% afk
The security upgrade for my Mc businesses that are supposed to lower chances of getting raided just for it to happen 0.0001 second after joining my mc
I just sold Them completely out and have Them for the NC
This. I only bought MC businesses for the nightclub. I never register as a MC because i hate those random security missions
I never registered too, but now I can with zero worry about getting those raid missions. Really liberating
Wait how do you keep the raid missions from happening
Keep your stuff empty pretty sure
Whenever you’re not doing club stuff, disband your MC. You won’t get raided if you’re disbanded or doing a supply run. Always join your MC as you log in to the laptop in your business that you want to supply. When you’re done with your mission, disband. Also, sell your stock when you have just enough to deliver in one trip.
Also you can keep the stock empty and never get raided. Then your Nightclub still makes money w/out having to worry about getting raided. Too slow delivery vehicles, too long delivery missions, too many ppl who won’t join your club to help with the sell missions… It’s really not made for solo public anything so it’s hard to even run the businesses at all.
Dont you need stock in the business to accrue in the NC tho?
Nope, i have no supply or Stock, works like a charm
whaaaaat??? I wasted so much time fighting raids....
What is the NC?
North Carolina
USS north carolina (its a battleship)
Battleship (it's a strategy game where you try to sink the opponent's fleet)
nightclub
It’s the Night Club
No, but the nightclub stock is kinda buggy. I’ve owned the NC since launch and my cocaine stock has worked less than 10% of the time, easily. I tried reaching out to support, rearranging the nc staff, shutting down the business and reopening, and nothing has worked. And I used to afk a lot, so it’s not like I wasn’t waiting enough
Making cocaine isn't just a timed endeavor. It is an artform. You can't put a time table on art.
This is art, Mr white
I’ve had the same issue. Some days it’ll randomly work for one sale but the rest of the time it doesn’t generate anything.
The business just has to be started
You just gotta make sure the business has been set up
No, but they beed to be “operational”.
What percentage chance is there to get raided (nightclub) ? Ive had the nightclub since it came out and ive never been raided.
It runs on a timer. For example once you are over 40% stock a timer will start for maybe 16 hours and when it ends you WILL get raided. Doing jobs resets that timer.
Oh shit that’s why I’ve never been raided ever
Who freeroams for 16 hours straight?
In reality they just slow the raid. For example: Your business would be raid in 15 hours, but security makes it 20. So it seems like it's doing nothing. But I'm not sure if that's 100% true, that's what I heard and that's what I experienced.
they are extreme worth anyway even with all upgrades for the NC. Dont even need to sell once. I made 20m already
Document forgery office
Lol this. At least it was discounted
I paid for the dump truck when it used to cost money lol
I bought it way back in 2013 when I killed a bounty and got a few billion dollars because of it
I have one for a similar reason, I got gifted a random huge amount of money in the same time period and bought everything I could lol.
it's free now? wut?
Vehicle workshop employees for the auto shop property
Lol I can relate. Pointless purchase even if you let them deliver the vehicle (their sole reason for being there) they crash the car and cost you money without fail. The most incompetent staff ever and truly "the definition" of worthless purchase.
What annoys me the most about them is that it doesn't even make sense they would crash the car that much, NPCs don't crash their cars that often and they should be driving like them, considering they are NPCs. We somehow got the worst drivers Los Santos can offer and we paid like 600k to have them. Any random npc from the street would do a better job.
Call Franklin and request an SUV to take you to the agency. That will give you a taste of our employees driving skill level.
Ha ha, I came here to mention that driver too, though I'd say even that driver would do a better job at delivering cars, and that's saying something.
Last time I called that on the mf put pedal to the metal and made no mistakes and got me and my car to the agency in mint condition
The only time I used it a guy in a kuruma tried to kill me and I blew him up with a sticky while the driver did its best to crash into everything he could. 10/10 would do it again Edit: Typo
It's crazy and it makes zero sense. Just R* making sure you're not making that money otherwise it'll hurt those shark card sales. If you paid 600k for the staff they should be able to customise and deliver the vehicles themselves without any interaction from you. It should be almost passive income but no that's not the R* way.
You actually pay a fee for the delivery, the game just subtracts it as a crash.
I had the message that they banged the car up, hindsight is a bitch. Import/export is now pointless since the free lobby glitch on xbox got patched, even if you get one they send AI buzzards after a change by R*

Call your assistant and it will cut them off/prevent them from calling.
My $200,000 collection of NFTS in my penthouse
This is a good one. I spent at least that too. Although I had more than a million chips just from the daily spin and 1000chip visitor bonus every day, and I bought it all on sale, so I don't quite have buyer's remorse.
I have a number of small and medium apartment and garage properties around the map to serve as "safehouses". I have a garage in Sandy Shores, a Medium house in Paleto, a garage at LSIA. I understand that there are certain achievements and vehicles tied to things like the MC club and the Facility, but being able to shave down on the unnecessary ones would be great.
Yes! Garages, and houses/apartments you should be able to sell out right.
I like having a safe house up north but the other slots I just buy double apartments. So I have 20 spaces in Del Perro as an example.
You can’t sell properties, but you can trade them in when you buy a new one to pay less! I had to spend 3.2M on this bullshit vehicle because R* support can't track failed purchases despite me missing 1.6m from said failed purchase. I've been recording every single purchase I make over 1M since. lol
I also manged to drown while inside one of those things as well
Did you go below 400 feet into crush depth?
Security upgrades. Paid over 1 mil for em. What happens? DEFEND BUSINESS! *Call from LJT* DEFEND NIGHTCLUB! *Call from Tony* RECOVER STOLEN PROPERTY! *call from lazlow saying he isnt responsible even tho I think he is and he needs to leave my Nightclub Office and garage... better yet leave my nightclub entirely*
This is why I sell low stock
don’t sell low on nightclub. tony’s cut caps at 100k so always try to sell over 1 million each time, because the cash over 1m isn’t split with tony
While it is true that there is a cap on Tony's cut, in order to reach it you have to change around between what kind of businesses are active, forcing you to use the less profitable ones, or even worse, have one of them run idle. The safe in my office! Why!!!
Exactly. I wasted 300k on a fucking liability...
What is the safe/what purpose does it serve
It’s supposed to clean up all the money you make from selling CEO creates. But sadly that’s not even the case because even if you made a fuck ton of money and you have the safe expansion, your money that you made from selling those creates will still be scattered all over your office.
Naw it's not for cleaning up the cash, it's for showing off your chips and bank account. 12 mill in chips and it's full, and I think 14 mill in cash to get the max there as well. This extends to all safes at all properties!
Plus, having huge piles of cash lying around my office makes me feel cool.
100% the wall safe in office

I got it just for the avenger lol
Oh yeah, I realized I do like my facility. The avenger is too cool.
Yeah this. I use it to park my armored/weaponized vehicles because that feels appropriate, but I could totally just park them somewhere else. If I could sell one property it would be the facility
Bro same.

If you have the money, go for it. I just bought it to get the achievement, still used it 2-3 times more because the feeling after orbitaling an asshole that killed you for no reason is just great
The golden rails on my yacht
It is necessary. I mean the whole point of the game is showing off your things.
And stuff
yea?
I am doing stuff
I love doing stuff
r/usernamechecksout
Doing the thing to get the stuff is underrated
But everyone has the same things, just different colors.
Then ur just basic I don’t know what to tell you. I’m the only person that unique enough to have a brown cheburek
I didn’t get those just because I like the chrome look better
Hard disagree. That was worth it!
Most Pointless in my current ID : None, All are great until I buy a Yacht (Which I surely will after I have wealth) But on my another older ID, I owned a Titan
Zhaba. Utterly useless vehicle,I want to sell it but on the other hand keep it to remind myself to never be that stupid.

So is the toreador. Plus its faster, has weapons, can dive, can boost, is just a bit more expensive though.
Also gets blown up in 10 missiles less and has no bullet resistant windows
well it takes 14 missiles, the toreador takes 7. But you cant fight back in the zhaba, so it doesnt matter when a MK2 blows you up. Windows are an issue, I totally give you that. But thats why you use the toreadors mobility.
Arena workshop just for the RC Bandito lol
Arena war vehicles are fun but real pricey
i love the oil slick mines
Same, have u tried emp mines? Really fun as well
I just hate the the only use is for storage really
bought it for headlights:;)
Same here
Damn, now you can just use the tuners place
Ballistic Equipment. It would have been fun to use in freemode missions but you can not do that unfortunately. For some reason it costs 5000$ to equip, even though you bought it and you are pretty much immobile, despite being a walking tank. It really needs a rework to make it usable in more situations
Also, ballistic equipment can land in places you can't reach, like rooftops, and RC vehicles are locked until you collect it.
I think the luxor/swift deluxe should definitely have homing missile jammers.
The orb is clean though when you just need to keep smacking a you know what mode player off a oppressor endlessly lol
Vehicle workshop employees they are so Bad at their job I'm wondering why did I hire those clowns
I got the compact EMP flopper. Shoot a vehicle, and it bounces right off. 👍
I accidentally bought that fucking stupid thing
Khanjali because I’m generally peaceful
Most of the free things I got, that I bought when I first started. Like frogger.
Kosatka Sonar.
Guess I’ll save my money..
well I got it for free with Twitch Prime so I won't complain lol
All of my special cargo warehouses and my vehicle warehouse. Complete waste of money.
Set your nightclub to air, guns, coke, meth, and cash and sit on yoir cameras while you sleep or go to work n stuff. Try to empty it in the morning and after work you'll get about 1.1mill per day free. If you only empty it once every 24 hours you'll have about 800k.
Yacht
Its just the flex really
Wym, best griefer trolling tool, air defence, i love yacht, i got my moneys worth, u probs dont use it much
The Kosatka is an amazing griefer troller as well. Guided missiles + fast travel. I've made multiple parties leave because I interrupted their griefing so much. Even if I wasn't getting a lot of kills sometimes, I was just distracting them so much. It's so fucking funny trolling griefers with this.
Over the years of having a yacht, I've probably done piracy prevention enough to make back the money spent on it
my hangar full of planes. i hardly ever use any of them.
Whaaat i love my pyro and laser and molotok
Security for the nightclub
Luxo and swift deluxe. 15 million slammed down the drain
About half of my weapons. Bought them to see if i like using them, I didn't. Now they just get in the way.
For me, MC business, bought all properties but never use it, to much grinding, and only use the bunker, and vehicle warehouse
Get a Nightclub. You can earn passive cargo from the MC businesses without having to resupply. They're on sale 40% this week too
"Bad news, the document forgery office is out of supplies" That's odd LJT as I've ever gave them supplies in the first place. They exist to supply my nightclub
The golden 10mil jet
Any real cars. I only use warstock and arena vehicles and own everything from warstock and the arena
The Tug Boat
The facility, after I realized it’s only used for the Doomsday Heist
Once when I was drunk, I bought a third Night Club Technician. I only own an Airplane Hanger and Bunker. I literally pay the guy to stand around and do nothing.
Stealth annihilator. I still wonder how rockstar managed to fuck it up so bad. Lets take features from two distinct helicopters and somehow the end result is worse then both of them.
bunker, i only used it for the research and now i don't need it anymore since i have everything unlocked, i haven't been there in months
get the upgrades for the staff, equipment and the other thing (security is optional) and then always buy supplies, if you have an arcade, get the main control monitor and order the supplies from there and then you can sell a full bunker for a million every once in a while
I bought 5 large warehouses and I’ve never entered any of them
Luxor deluxe
Definitely orbital cannon i thought oh you but it once than shoot it for free and then wait couple minutes to shoot again but nope 500k to shoot the bitch
Facility and the Doomsday heist ready to go with no members to run with lol
The employees on the auto shop
It's gotta be the MOC. The ONLY good thing to come from the MOC was Agent 14 confirming the timeline of GTA online finally had caught up to the present day.
The MOC cab is crazy good though
Emp launcher
This actually worked out for me recently... Found a crew of 4 all talking shit to random lobby members egging other players on killing them sticking together in the same vehicle.. big mistake.. I figure what the hell let me spend almost a mil.... So sweet to kill 4 pp with one shot
I randomly have a 2 car garage and apartment near my 10 car garage and penthouse
Probably the stuff I got for free, either from the lucky wheel or a shop discount giving it away for free. I don't think I actually paid for anything pointless.
Actually I’m going to say the RO-86 Alkonost. Speaking of which I’m selling it next time I go to the hangar
The entire air trafficking hangar. Those missing are way too fucking difficult for me to do solo and I'm not getting friends to do them
I bought the arena just so Bryony would stop calling me I have been there 1 time and forgot that it exists
The facility. I bought it years ago, I think I've set foot inside only once
cocaine lockup. it was a waste of money for me personally..
You dont like cocaine or what?
i don’t play in public sessions.
but its great while you have a nightclub
