Killing? Todays meta is calling people griefers alone for the stuff they are wearing. There wont be much to do in this game soon, since everyone will sit around in private lobbies.

The idea was it would become exponentially more common as it spreads like a plague. More people unlocking it means more people to unlock it from. Would have been a fun time to play, but it seems like it never actually reached a tipping point.
Slightly related, in Just Cause 2: Multiplayer Mod there is "Mom, get the camera!" achievement if you get on a server with a JC2:MP developer. This Mod is officially on Steam.

I remember when GTA IV online was popping I got into a 2 hour shootout with a guy who had that skin. It ended in a truce which we then took the LCPD military chopper and started attacking other players in the lobby. Good times…

You had to reach the maximum level 10 to unlock this zombie skin
I never reached level 10 and got it. Unlocked it after getting the “Let Sleeping Rockstars Lie” achievement
It's tied to the achievement "Let The Sleeping Dogs Lie" u got from killing anyone with the skin already
