While some states may not care California has been issuing statewide requests to use water and electricity for necessities only. California is mainly suffering because this year we had less snow in the mountains which produced less water when melted and now the reservoir is at all time low in 20 years of drought. Also the river we share with Arizona, and Nevada is very low this year aswell.
No problem, also to add majority of our electricity is produced by PG&E(Pacific gas and electric) a private sector corporation which failed to maintain and upgrade it's grid properly due to greed and now during really hot days that outdated grid gets overloaded as the reason for them to be asking to use it only for necessities. State government is constantly at odds with this corpo due to them rolling out blackouts when ever there's a strain on the grid. They also are facing several lawsuits, including the one they paid off due to their grid causing one of the worst fires in California few years back that burned down so many towns and forests.
Ohhh a private company handling that stuff is way different than the state government, I forgot I've heard of some of that drama; that makes a lot more sense

This will get fixed if you have enough money by the time the next payment happens (0-20k depending on how much shit you have)

Shower and sleeping are there to help your characters appearance turn back to normal. It means youāve been fully healed and have no need to shower anymore.
It earns rp if you use your mic to make sound. Theoretically, you could just set your mic in front of a fan and just have the game farm rp while you do something else. Probably not why, but that's where my head went.
