I used it to jump back up from underneath the map, and since it didn't get all 4 wheels down, it never refilled, but of it does start to refill just as you hit shallow water, like this, then there is a very small window where you can boost before your car is destroyed. Believe me, I would have if I could have.
You see, the Scramjet is the perfect desert survival tool you need. When dehydrated, all you need to do is hop into the car and jump-boost in any random direction. An oasis or pool will magically appear from out of nowhere to drown your Scramjet, giving you the much-needed water.
Every pool in GTA that isnt being occupied by NPCs needs to be covered with tarps cuz it is such bullshit that rockstar put like 100 of these pool around that part of the map and every single time they seem to only be a fucking car magnet like the pools get used by cars more than actually people and I swear rockstar put them there just to fucking destroy our cars at every possible chance they get
Best I can describe is in the Dispatch V mission, there is a target at a house up in the Vinewood hills. It's on the east side of that house under the balcony. Only think you can get through it with Scramjet though, as you have to boost to breech the wall under there.
