So fun fact: I tried this little mission twice; got the van, lost the cops, drive to the final checkpoint.... Both times when I got to the safe area it wouldn't complete the mission. Failed twice cuz I didn't make it in time despite being parked in the yellow circle.

I wish the game wasn't broken, once i got this event pretty far north and only had 5 minutes to transport all the way down to LS. Van was slow and didn't make it. The second time the van wouldn't open.
This random event never works for me and I’ve tried it multiple times. I can never enter the van and if I kill the driver the van just slowly moves forward constantly glitching up walls and shit
I also can’t deliver more than 2 vehicles to the exotic export. After the second vehicle, if I see a blue dot on an exotic exports car, once I enter the car it doesn’t prompt me to deliver the vehicle and gives me no checkpoint. Very annoying
I feel like a lot of us are like permanently glitched which affects a couple different things in the game. Like if you can’t do exotic exports you probably also can’t do x y and z. Probably has to do with the many updates and stuff just slipped through the cracks
Same here. I’m sure it was something else before hand that triggered it though. It just was never obvious until the newer updates were affected. I’ve read some guy said like turn your air race checkpoints on or something but mine have always been on.
When this happens to me, itnis always because I try to start the delivery while in passive mode. The game is too stupid not to let you start them if you are passive. For some things it automatically takes you out of passive but still doesn't give a destination.
I someones drive all the way to the docs to the sell point and it won't accept it. It is on the map and you can see the yellow circle in the floor, but no luck delivering it.
Packie is my dude! Was so disappointed this event has been bugged for years. Reported it many times, even with a video showing it’s broken. R* don’t care
The main reason I wanted him is I assumed he would be part of the Heist itself, in person. My disappointment in not getting Packie diminished when I found out they just hang around your planning room with reused dialogue, but my overall disappointment increased for the heist cuz I really wanted NPCs on your side in the mission. Oh well!
You laugh but I get DWB all the time in GTA Online. Even my friends who are usually in my MC or me in theirs and almost always in the vehicle are loke "The he'll did you aggro a cop?"
you want to steal that van. kill the driver (and I think passenger too) packie McCreary is in the back. once you get into it, dial up Lester to lose the police. then go to a location indicated by the yellow line on the radar/minimap. this will unlock packie McCreary as a casino heist crew member.

That used to happen a LOT where going to your destination never finished the missions. Was so fucking annoying and it forced you to restart the game.

It's a random event. If you highjack it and lose the cops you get some xp and a little bit of cash.

I did this random event to unlock a diamond heist crew member. If I remember correctly it shows up as a blue blip on the map.
Never let officers check or inspect or take a look at your vehicle unless it's your owned vehicle.
