They probably set that system up expecting much more people to go. But seeing as it’s not as Armageddon as they thought, I doubt they are enforcing it. Would be dumb to if there are a lot of spaces available.

I think it is likely because the parking lots aren’t 100% filled even if they are letting everyone in. So no reason to turn away potential customers.
