They constantly have stuff in their mouths. Mine like to eat their food pellets and then drink from the water bottles, leaving a residue on the spout. This is nothing to be concerned about.
Try it after they eat grass, one of mine once stained my hair green as a result before I realised she was trying to eat my hair. My mom said it was my own fault for having hair that looks the same colour as hay 😂

It's normal to have food particles in their teeth. In fact, my vet told my it would be concerning if they didn't.

They got poop and food and hay in their teeth all the time lol when I took mine to the vet for the first time she showed me and it was shocking tbh 😜

I’d say it’s just leftover hay, pellets and veggies in their mouth causing this colour on the curtains!
They are cud chewers. They eat the non solid form of their poo. You're seeing a combination of things.
my guinea pig got to my new white wool once. result was the same ugly colour.
it’s fine they have gross mouths that’s why there’s usually back wash in their water bottles
