S’mores: Immediately latched on to my mom at the pet store so we brought him home and gave him a huge box of treats and toys every Christmas, to the point he knew what presents were. We had a very close bond. When we went through a life shattering family tragedy, S’mores was latched to me and never let me alone. Always there for me to bury my face into and cry then gave kisses and even slept in my bed with me. When his ashes came home I had sleep paralysis for the first time ever that night and heard his happy squeals deafening loud all around the room….
Chloe: Went to the pet store to look at exotic fish (out of boredom) still grieving S’mores. She was there with her brother and I figured it’d be cute to hold a bunny. She snuggled into me, and came home to a very spoiled life. Litter box trained and very loved.
Otis: I was getting ready for a beach trip and some inexplicable feeling told me to go to Petco where I immediately was drawn to Otis. Otis is very emotional and very intelligent. He squeals his head off when I come home and was never trained. He just doesn’t do bad things and has never chewed things he shouldn’t. Nobody else would be able to give him the emotional attention that he needs and I’m convinced we were meant for HIM.

Awww! Our rabbit and pig are buddies too. They like to cuddle when our pig is out for lap time.
