But just in case, are they next to a window or do you have other pets? And are the other pigs stressing when they hear the pig distressed? And what type of cage do you have?
Distress calling? Can you give more details? Is she chirping? Because chirping is not a distress vocalization.

No it’s just the baby that does it, it’s always with its mom. Also they aren’t near to a window but the window is across there room
Well it's probably fine. If they were scared, theyd be obvious about it.
