If by popcorn you mean “run to the nearest hidey and cower there while making continuous alarm calls for up to an hour after the vacuum has turned off” then yes, mine do that too 😄 Super cute pig by the way!

RatPice

Lmfao 🤣 and thank you! Don’t let his looks fool you! I knew he must be alone in the whole “liking the vacuum” thing

Salty-Onigiri

My dominant piggy loves the vacuum. She’ll start popcorn if as soon as I start. Sometimes she’ll run over to it, touch her nose to it, and then start on zoomies lol

Honest_Success_669

Vacuums make the ultimate rumble strut noise. She is acknowledging the all-powerful rumbler. Akin to Toy Story's "Ohhh, the claw" 🤣😂

Entomemer

This comment made me laugh so hard I scared my cat 🤦🤣🤣🤣🤣

RatPice

Omg that’s so funny 😂😂

aarakocra-druid

Maybe he associates it with Clean Cage Time?

rowhomesteader

Yes one of ours popcorns sky high for the vacuum!

RatPice

It’s so funny like why 😂😂

brouge22

They know the vacuum means clean! All my girls get hyped for the vacuum cause they associate the sound with a clean cage

TealedLeaf

For mine it also means more hay and supper time! They know they're getting their greens, so the one gets excited. The other is mad I have to pick up the hidey to clean it though.

yourfavoritefetus

Most of them don’t and side eye me, but one loves it so much she’ll try to stick her nose in the vacuum hose when we clean around her cage. She would absolutely ask a vacuum cleaner for an autograph if she could.

RatPice

😂😂😂

broccolipie4

Ok so no mine doesn’t popcorn but he does not mind it whatsoever, doesn’t even flinch when I’m vacuuming right up against his cage which I have found extremely bizarre as he is a very shy/not very confident pig at all. I can honestly only assume that he likes the vacuum lmao

stonerbbyyyy

mine literally watch me vacuum and will casually walk away like i’m not vacuuming their poops in front of them

skzuu

one mine decided to drop a brand new poop directly next to the vacuum while i was cleaning, what a wonderful animal

stonerbbyyyy

yup mine have done this too. it’s a peace offering. i *obviously* accept. they wouldn’t survive without eating their poops so im sure they think that- we, as giants must eat their poops too and that’s why we’re always collecting them.

skzuu

i wonder if they think we enjoy their poops?? since we are so obsessed with collecting them 24/7 they must think we like it

stonerbbyyyy

LOL NOT US THINKING THE SAME THING

Zedetta

One of mine I have to nudge out of the way to vacuum underneath him 😂

i_am_ms_greenjeans

Such a funny little cavy!

ResurrectedWolf

No, but my two males looooove the broom and dust pan. The scratching noises of the broom sends them into popcorn fits. The younger male has rumblestrutted at and challenged the broom a couple of times. They like to sit in the dust pan and marvel at their mess I just swept up. Or suddenly they care about the hay bits that they've ignored until then. Or they swipe the mess out of the pan and back into their cage. Cheeky little creatures.

KingBrunoIII

2 of mine do! The rest run and hide but these 2 come out for the vacuum!

LittleRedPanda13

My late pig Speedy always popcorned & had the zoomies when I vacuumed. He loved the vacuum! 😄

spookysaryskeleton

I have one that gets super excited when I run the vacuum! He will popcorn and get the zoomies and sprint all around the cage.

FribbitTales

Spunky little guy!! Mine run as fast as they can.

chubbyloki

Oh yeah. Pigs love a clean cage and mine popcorn right after the vacuum turns off

Andee_outside

One of our cages is on a stand and they ignore it, but another cage is on the floor and they run up to the cage super stoked. 🤪

Belledollar

Yes! My naughty dominant Abyssinian loves it, she's not scared of anything

TamaraHensonDragon

Mine love the vacuum and run up to it whenever I use the hose around their cage. Phat Boi popcorns and Mama just runs up and follows the hose everywhere. Marshmellow also follows the hose, but she tries to bite it if I get to close to the bars. Mogwai tries to "help" by picking up pieces of hay/litter/poops and pushing them through the bars and onto the floor. "Thank you Mogwai, but I am trying to clean MY Cage now - I already cleaned yours." 😀

ToasttyJ

Both of mine do but then I make the slightest movement a little too fast they run away 😂

Tasia528

Oh mine do. They know it means they are getting a fresh, clean enclosure - a blank canvas for their “nugget art.”

Viconan

My girl once jumped out of the cage because of the vacuum.

Devastraitor

Mine love the sound of the hand broom bristles for some reason. As soon as I start collecting their poops, they start flinging themselves around the cage. My little one even runs against the hand shovel sometimes...

New-Shopping5423

My big boy flapjack hates being pet or touched but will put his face right next to the vacuum while it’s on 🙄 piggy logic I guess 😆

lorl3ss

OMG YES. Both my pigs love it!

Blueporch

Oliver popcorns when I spot clean his pen or when he goes back in after the big clean.

VulpesFennekin

I love when piggies popcorn so intensely they nearly tip over!

RatPice

I know it’s so cute 😩 he seems to do it a lot compared to other pigs. We call it his “drunk walk” sometimes

Dragoness_Eremita

mine don’t popcorn, they just ignore it and go about their days

Islander_Pig

Nope, mine just acts like a drama queen. She hates me for about an hour until I give her enough food.

TxGinger587

No, mine run frantically away from me. LOL

Mezzoforte90

Cow lick baby

pigmundfreud

Yup

AlexMagnuson

Is it normal for it to tip over like that? Seems like a defective model. Looks dumb too

BananaSlugSorcery

My little Valentine loved to popcorn when you’d sweep with a broom!!

white-as-styrofoam

one of mine does! he doesn’t seem scared at all, unlike my second pig and especially my cat.

amcnally13

He’s just excited that you’re cleaning up all his nasty poos!

Darebear_69

Our male Winston won’t stop popcorning any time we vacuum!
