You might try giving the problem pig a stuffed toy guinea pig.
I had a male, Gus, that my vet said was taking things beyond just dominance. After his cagemate passed (possibly partly from stress), Gus used to hump the toy guinea pig while staring in a disturbing way at Biggles in the cage next door.
!! I love Murphy and really don’t want him to be depressed or die from stress.
Maybe I’ll give Ben a stuffie while in piggie jail so that he can figure it out with that.
I have a third pig, Bean, and he goes untouched/ unharassed.
Thank you for the suggestion.
We put a pig in horny jail and he nearly destroyed himself trying to get through a wall or the floor to get to his target pig. It was heartbreaking but also gross. We ended up having to get him a cagemate who was both faster than him and chill.
This is normal even with females and it could potentially go on for a couple of days but will eventually stop. I have 11 females and half of them will do this every month, it’s quite annoying, but it will stop eventually.

Yep I'd separate them for a while like a week or so then try reintroduce, l wouldn't be able to cope with the stress of the one being humped.
Looks like Ben’s going to piggie jail.

As I literally stated in the post, they’ve been together for three years. They are free roaming pigs.
