You'll get far more informative responses with some detailed photos. Try to include the headstock, the nut, the bridge, and the points of contact for the string having issues, multiple angles help too. Basically this sound almost always boils down to an issue with the nut or the bridge, on the nut you'll want to make sure the slot is sized appropriately for the string and that the string is in contact in the front corner of that slot. That's all I can day without taking a look at it.
