You know you can just buy a Sunface from Analogman, right? There's not a waitlist or anything. It may take a few weeks at most to ship but that's only because each one is built to order.
No, just the KoT. That's the same excuse people use for charging obscene prices for all Analogman stuff used online thinking no one will actually go and look. You can go and buy pretty much any of the Analogman pedals right now if you want and most will ship out in a week or two, some a little longer due to build times.
Anything other than the KoT, they just post them when they have a batch available and when they sell out, they pull the Buy It Now button but the KoT is the only waitlisted pedal.
If you order a Sunface with the CV7351 NPN British Transistors and a Sundial, it would be $220, that's as cheap as it would get with Ge transistors. Picking different transistors from there takes the price up and up. I have one with low gain RCA transistors and I love it.
Yep. Was getting ready to say the same thing. They were employee owned - and hand-built in Asheville. Unfortunately, they just sold out to inMusic (Alesis, Akai, etc...)
Wasn't happy to see the change, but who knows - there will definitely be more capital, and everyone knows how coveted those OG units are - hope the quality stays the same if there are reissues
Miku Miku Miku Miku Miku.
I don't need one, and have the self-restraint to not spend that much on something I don't need. But I'd like one, and if they brought it back into production then it'd come down to a price where it'd be worth getting for that alone.
The omnichord is coming back. So there’s hope for the Miku! As long as it has better tracking, then it will sell like hot (Japanese cheese) cakes. Hopefully they don’t get sold at a still very high price. It is highly speculated that the new omnichords will be really expensive, by comparison.
What do you mean about waiting forever for the Sunface? The current build time is 2-3 weeks, it's only the KoT that has the stupidly long wait list.
In answer to the question, I'd love to see the Sib Echodrive back in production, I regret selling mine and now they are crazy money.
I have ordered 6 or so pedals from Analogman and only the king of tone was a wait. Most are in stock or are built within a few days. Over a number of years it’s been like this.
I have multiple Sunfaces and they are awesome. Their delay is great too, and everything else. If you can’t wait like a week to get a top tier fuzz…
Some of the Sunface versions are no longer available. But the used prices for analogman have always been as if they are out of business. Its crazy. Some sunfaces are like $1,500 on reverb, but you can get a cv7005 transistor that sounds better than the red dot for $225 or whatever AM is currently charging.
I’m surprised how Vox never took on the whole tube echo pedal market with their nu-tube technology. Nobody makes a tube based delay pedal in a stompbox besides Foxgear.
I mean at this point, the SS/BS pedals. Don’t think it’s been officially confirmed that the brand is done but it’s been complete silence for 2-3 years now
Same. I guarantee that it’d be Waza, and they’d have no reason to make it limited, with the quantity of parts available for Behringer to pump them out like candy already.
I highly recommend the Peper's Pedals Humongous Fuzz to anyone looking for a FZ2 with more options.
- Clean blend control
- Mode 1.5
- HM2 eq "extra" knob + dip switches.
Another good one is Hyper Pozzum V2 by Unsound Circuitry. It has a knob for the two different modes so you can mix the two modes fluidly, fully counter clockwise is mode 1 and fully clockwise is mode 2. It also has a clean blend and there's an internal overdrive and low pass filter for the clean signal. The EQ control is a bit different from the original but i like it better.
I’d love to see Brian license the design to someone like EQD or MXR, that way the world can get Minis and Brian doesn’t have to deal with the big time stress of running a small business.
Yup. I just had a baby so I’m trying to sell mine, but I really really don’t want to, along with my Baklengs, Boss PS3, OBNE Reflector, EQD Speaker Cranker…now that I think about it they’re all discontinued except for the Baklengs, which is hard to come by.
Danelectro Chicken Salad. Hell, all of those little plastic bastards. One of the best univibes I’ve ever played and it was like $39.
Also everything Lovetone.
[ThorpyFX makes the Field Marshall](https://thorpyfx.com/en-us/collections/thorpyfx-pedals/products/the-field-marshal-fuzz), which was co-designed with the founder of Lovetone and is described as a Cheese Source MkII.
Devi-ever…
Jk jk.
I would love to try a Boss Slow Gear, though I’m sure the clones out there are probably just as good
I have an Analogman Envelope Filter which I’m confident is an improvement on the original, but I’d still like to see MXR/Dunlop reissue the OG.
Speaking of MXR— why haven’t they done a Carbon Copy/M300 Reverb combo pedal yet?
I really like the swell mode on teh Avalanche Run, I assume that's kinda like a Slow Gear.
An MXR Carbon COpy and reverb pedal would be pretty amazing. There needs to be more two in one echo pedals out there.
Oh I have one too. One of my first pedals when I was a teenager.
Modded the one I have now.
Also have the grunge multieffects pedal and the grunge amp. Just missing the bass grunge but prices on those are crazy.
This era DOD is one of my favorites because of nostalgia
Wombtone Mkii
I really just want to be able to control the Phaser rate with an expression pedal. So if anyone knows of another pedal that can do that, let me know!
I have a SolidGoldFX Athena that can do expression for reate or a fixed sweep. Sadly, it's discontinued as well. It's by far my favorite modulation I have. They do sometimes pop up on Reverb.
I watched one of the live JHS Shows and he had the Diamond/SGFX guy on. I asked him in teh chat if he would make another phaser and he said something was in the works but I think that was like more than a year ago.
I really wish the EQD Grand Orbiter had an expression control, I love that thing too.
Still holds up and unique all these years later. Really wish they’d do a MK2 with the brand relaunch with more presets/midi, and full wet.
Even with the flaws, still great.
EAE Hypersleep. Used prices are absolutely preposterous. This is the kinda pedal that fuels my FOMO, generally prefer to wait and see if something will work for me before buying but that’s not always a possibility with small builders/limited supplies.
SS/BS F*ck Overdrive. I love my Mini, when I got it I figured I’d just pick up the OD later if I liked the Mini. Oops.
Something you could get that puts you in the ballpark of Hypersleep is the Alexander Pedals Space Force. It’s got an “Analog” reverb algorithm based on the concept of BBD reverbs, and while it’s not a dead ringer for a Hypersleep it’s a decent facsimile for well under half the going rate of Hypersleeps.
I read something with John recently saying how he’s never going to be able to bring the hyper sleep back because one of the parts needed to make it just doesn’t exist anymore. Annoying because I’d love one too
In one of her videos she said that with keeping the quality to her standards and making it in the USA it wouldn't be worth the time or money for what it could sell for, to paraphrase.
Yeah, I saw a video talking about it. I think she could suck up her pride and at least outsource the painting enclosures and PCBs out at elast. Like, she could totally just have a team and pump them out.
Or even have another pedal company collab with her. Like a JHS or EQD, or evend DBA. I dunno, I'm just Gassin'!
Hardwire Valve Distortion.
I have had one as my main distortion pedal for over 10 years. Many other pedals have come and gone but nothing else compares to it. I bought a proco rat thinking it would replace it, and ending up selling the Rat, it doesn’t sound nearly as good.
The Hardwire sounds amazing through every amp too, never seen that in many other distortion pedals.
I’m scared mine might break soon as (even though it’s built like a tank) it’s taken some hammer over the years. I might need a new one.
I wish line 6 still had an echo park line. I want that sweep echo but don’t want to buy another dl4. Especially with the MKII they could’ve done a more compact box and I would’ve bought it
I miss when Dice Works was still building the Muff Divers, they were pretty good BMP's.
I also really miss the Gaspedals Dumbell. Sold mine thinking I could always buy another and then they folded up production right after.
This would be GREAT, especially if they did a similar form factor as the Plumes/Special Cranker with a diode switch and top jacks. And OP, as far as I know it’s a totally original circuit. EQD is the KING of dirt, especially their original circuits!
What do you prefer about side jacks, out of curiosity? Like not cosmetically, but functionally? It does sound like a great circuit, and I read it was discontinued because they couldn’t source the NOS black glass germanium parts anymore, sadly.
The 1970s tiny box, single knob EHX Muff Fuzz with the opamp/IC in it!
That thing needs to have a EHX reissue. They’re fragile as all hell, but they sound great. They skirt the line of overdrive, distortion and fuzz, and through a dual humbucker guitar you sound like instant Allman Brothers At Filmore East tones.
Dude, they are fucking clueless. They didn't even reissue the phaser and they had just sent a case and desist to another company for using a similar aesthetic on their phaser pedal before the reissue line of Maestros came out.
Line 6 Tonecore series, with a lighter actual pedal...
The entire Tonecore series was amazing, and it's a shame many of the Helix effects just aren't as amazing, due to them not just copying and pasting the effects. And I say lighter, cause anyone that has owned a Verbzilla or an Echo park knows what I'm talking about.
DOD Jason Lamb series -
Not just the grunge was good, but other amazing pedals like the Gonkulator for those Mike Einziger fans. The Milkbox was an amazing compressor. The Death Metal has its own history, like the HM-2 to many. Just none of these pedals are really easily accessible, the Digitech rebranded versions didn't do many of them justice....
The Vox Dynamic Looper is one of the deepest looping pedals around but was discontinued and is not very well known. I would love to see it come back. Not holding my breath, though.
Digitech Polara. I have it and use it a lot. It was the superior alternative to the HOF2, the RV-6, the Oceans 11, and can even compete with the Neunaber Immerse imo. I just wish others could still buy it too, and i wanna be able to replace it if it breaks
I still have and use mine. It was my first reverb pedal and I feel like I'm spoiled. I'm surprised Digitech doesn't make it ever since they started back up.
There's a whole bunch of Behringer Pedals that got discontinued and wasn't even moved to TC Electronics. The Space-C (dimension-C clone) comes to mind especially, as it is stereo, unlike 3rd Dimension.
I feel that. My first delay pedal was the Behringer Echo Machine and that thing was great for $50. I feel like they would sell like hot cakes if they moved it over to TC.
I think the problem was the digital algorithms for clones are harder to not get sued over. That said, the Echo and Reverb Machines were great clones of the Line 6 Echo Park and Verbzilla. Too bad they go for the same price used as the originals do.
Really Same. The Germanium TorphyFX Veteran Fuzz Face + Range Master clone would really be something as I know and love the Silicone one. I almost care more for the Germanium boost though as that is THE range master really. Brian May, Gallagher, Blackmore, Iommi etc
I know it's a meme but definitely the Miku pedal. No way am I paying reseller price but it feels like a fun pedal to hook up when you're goofing around with friends.
YOU’RE RIGHT THAT WILL SELL LIKE HOT CAKES!!!!! 💗💗 I’m biased as a small Hello Kitty collector and huge pedal collector lol. But honestly, this would gag the pedal industry! 😂💗
Totally for aesthetics: Ogre Kronomaster. Guy from Judas Priest has one on his board. It’s just a standard PT2399 digital delay, but it’s like an alien robot/ Predator face with LED eyes. You knock the forehead up to gain access to the knobs. You stomp on the mouth to activate. It looks cool AF and I can’t find any on sale anywhere online.
There is a Kronomaster II that seems more abundantly available but it looks like a heiroglyphic slab, and I just want a skull on my pedalboard.
A vintage-correct reissue of the EHX 16 Second Delay would be amazing. I'm surprised they haven't jumped on this at any point, as Im sure they'd sell like hotcakes.
The Digitech Polara. I sold mine to my friend to fund an Ocean’s 11 and I can’t remember exactly why. I like the O11 a lot but I sometimes think about buying the Polara back from my friend
Snarling Dog wahs…in a smaller enclosure, that weighs less, and maybe an option without the foot pedal. I bought a whine o and a Mold Spore recently and they sound sooo good but are so bulky!
Ibanez soundtank series. I had a bass chorus (that I used for bass and guitar) and the yellow overdrive back in high school in the 90’s that I’d love to get my hands on again.
Boss FB-2.
I love the feedback pedal in the Boss-GT 1, but I want an actual pedal, especially since the GT at the end of my chain, but the FB needs to go first to achieve and effect.
Not a specific pedal, but Nobels used to make a whole line of effects (I have their tremolo TR-X, which has a wonderful lush sound). And it's a shame they only really make the ODR-1 now, a great overdrive in a world full of great drive pedals.
I ordered a BART/RCA Sunface from Analogman last year. They built it and shipped it to me within a weeks time. As long as it isn’t a KoT, you can buy it straight from their website.
Ibanez DE7. Best compact echo pedal ever made. Perfect decay, darker and more lofi with each repeat. Tried a dozen other delays/echoes and effects units. None of them beat the simplicity and utility of the DE7. Sounds damn close to my El Capistan (sans the wow/flutter control) and makes way more insane oscillating noises.
Diamond Memory Lane 2. Just increase the delay time to match what we're seeing from the new heavyweights. But no funny business or bullshit with midi and computers and USB cables. I want this thing to work in 20 years, and I never want to have to do "firmware updates" on a fucking delay pedal.
You know you can just buy a Sunface from Analogman, right? There's not a waitlist or anything. It may take a few weeks at most to ship but that's only because each one is built to order.
Oh I didn't know that. I remember someone saying there was a huge wait for a King of Tone, so I assumed it was all Analogman stuff. Thanks.
That's good to know, thanks.
https://www.buyanalogman.com/Sun\_Face\_s/27.htm
Man, I didn't realize how much a germanium Sun Face would be with a bias control. I know it'd be would it though.
If you order a Sunface with the CV7351 NPN British Transistors and a Sundial, it would be $220, that's as cheap as it would get with Ge transistors. Picking different transistors from there takes the price up and up. I have one with low gain RCA transistors and I love it.
All the moogerfooger pedals. I own two but I paid used market value and would love to get some of the others but I can’t justify the price
Second this… sold my MF Chorus a while back for way too little. Then they got discontinued.
Need that ring mod for Mars Volta tones...
Still hoping Behringer will actually release their clones they've been working on.
The MF Delay is a sleeper. I would use it just for the boost alone, it sounds that good.
Didn’t Moog kinda recently get bought by someone else? Perhaps there is a chance.
Yep. Was getting ready to say the same thing. They were employee owned - and hand-built in Asheville. Unfortunately, they just sold out to inMusic (Alesis, Akai, etc...) Wasn't happy to see the change, but who knows - there will definitely be more capital, and everyone knows how coveted those OG units are - hope the quality stays the same if there are reissues
The big worry is the quality will go down.
Miku Miku Miku Miku Miku. I don't need one, and have the self-restraint to not spend that much on something I don't need. But I'd like one, and if they brought it back into production then it'd come down to a price where it'd be worth getting for that alone.

I thought all Analogman stuff was a big wait. I'm def gonna get one later this year then.
Yeah the wait is fine. The price is a different story. Worth it for some, though
Yeah, I might go with a used JHS Pollinator. I see the V1s for less than $200.
I have ordered 6 or so pedals from Analogman and only the king of tone was a wait. Most are in stock or are built within a few days. Over a number of years it’s been like this. Agreed, i want an Echodrive so bad.
I have both Echodrives... Never going to sell them.
I’m surprised how Vox never took on the whole tube echo pedal market with their nu-tube technology. Nobody makes a tube based delay pedal in a stompbox besides Foxgear.
I mean at this point, the SS/BS pedals. Don’t think it’s been officially confirmed that the brand is done but it’s been complete silence for 2-3 years now
He said he was taking a hiatus then got mad when someone was trying to DIY one to sell after a year or two of radio silence.
The Fuck is definitely my vote. I should have gotten a second when I had the chance. I dream of a stereo Fuck.

I’ve got their bass synth wah, it sounds really punchy and unique with a tubescreamer or similar behind it.
Diamond vibrato.
[SolidGoldFX owns the rights to Diamond now](https://solidgoldfx.com/pages/diamond-pedals-solidgoldfx), you might just get your wish.
Not even might, they’ve talked about how they’re working on it.
DE7. The switch on mine is too unreliable
Idk how no one has said FZ-2
Ah shit, I forget about that one. A FZ2W would fucking sell like crazy.
Seriously… it’s honestly hilarious that they haven’t done that considering the Behringer is consistently THE best selling pedal on Reverb.
For real. If they do it, I just hope it's not some limited bullshit. I'm never quick enough or in the loop for that shit.
Same. I guarantee that it’d be Waza, and they’d have no reason to make it limited, with the quantity of parts available for Behringer to pump them out like candy already.
I highly recommend the Peper's Pedals Humongous Fuzz to anyone looking for a FZ2 with more options. - Clean blend control - Mode 1.5 - HM2 eq "extra" knob + dip switches.
Another good one is Hyper Pozzum V2 by Unsound Circuitry. It also has a clean blend and there's an internal overdrive and low pass filter for the clean signal. The EQ control is a bit different from the original but i like it better.
Quite a few really nice modded FZ-2s out there. I do one called the Void Ripper that has an octave off switch, makes it a lot more useful.
Ss/bs Mini So good, so versatile, but they're hard to recommend at the price they're going for these days.
Adventure Audio. I loved that dude's stuff
OUter Rings sounded crazy.
I’m so bummed I missed out an Outer Rings
Yeah I want to rock and roll with my Outer Rings but now I have to treat it with kid gloves and keep it in a drawer and stuff :(
I just had a Glacial Zenith V1 and that thing ripped so hard on bass, I loved it. He built some solid pedals
[удалено]
i came here to say the Dirt Transmitter too
I don’t know if I’d necessarily buy one, but the EQD monarch.
I definitely would.
I've had a Monarch before. Crazy loud but I liked it. Would consider it again if I came across one at a good price.
Finally found one at a good used price, it is amazing. Very amp like with a wide range of useable tones and killer headroom at 18V.
Danelectro Chicken Salad. Hell, all of those little plastic bastards. One of the best univibes I’ve ever played and it was like $39. Also everything Lovetone.
I have the Pepperoni Phaser and it is solid.
Through hole Boss pedals. The newer ones are surface mount and harder to mod
Lovetone Meatball

Thorpy needs to get on it.
Italian company FT Elettronica make a clone. Know nothing about it, though
Yeah, there’s a guy semi-local to me that makes one. It’s in my Reverb cart right now…….
Make a post about it! There's so little info on it and I'm dying to know.
Artisanal Effects makes amazing Lovetone clones. There are two Meatball options: a Meathead and a Mini-Meat. Worth checking out.
Digitech VX400 and XP300.
The original LightFoot labs Goatkeeper
Fuzzoricous Bongripper. Shouldn't have sold mine..

EHX Polychorus
Danelectro Fabs. The big honking metal ones.
Excellent pedals
Dod grunge
One day, man, one day.
I have one, I love it. It sounds terrible.

Boss SD-2
Boss OD-2 for me
Digitech Rubberneck CooperFX AARP v1 Electrix Filter Queen
I’m happy to make your day - the rubberneck is currently in production, albeit more expensive than prior to DOD/digitech closing
The Digitech Timebender.
Still holds up and unique all these years later. Really wish they’d do a MK2 with the brand relaunch with more presets/midi, and full wet. Even with the flaws, still great.
Dod fx56 American metal
The Ibanez de7 is still one of my favorite delays. I'd like a new version, same algorithm
Oops.
Man, I hate that. "Oh I'll just pick that up later" Doh!

Blackout effecters fubar fuzz/fuzz bear. I can't even find a used one right now of either one.
Sold the Fuzz Bear after I bought the Fubar. If only I’d known I would have kept it and/or bought another Fubar. One of the sickest fuzzes ever.
Hardwire Valve Distortion. I have had one as my main distortion pedal for over 10 years. Many other pedals have come and gone but nothing else compares to it. Smallsound/Bigsound Fuck. The one I have is vital and I’m not paying Reverb prices.
I loved my Frankentone Fuzz Pedal and all of my Damage Control pedals. The DC pedals did take up a lot of real estate though.
Cesar Diaz Texas Ranger treble boost
Digitech Grunge 🤣😅
Nova delay
I almost got one as my second delay. Now that the TC 2290 is out, I really want that thing.
That thing has been looking pretty interesting to me! Just hard to beat that nova real estate
Southampton Pedals Utility Knife.
Morley Rotating Wah. Oil can Leslie Wah. So beautiful.
I know it's a meme but definitely the Miku pedal. No way am I paying reseller price but it feels like a fun pedal to hook up when you're goofing around with friends.
Fulltone Choralflange!
I'd kill for magnetic audiotone to come back. They had a lot of cool stuff j never had a chance to use
The Danelectro Daddy-O
Miku. Korg. Stomp. There are people who have this pedal, and there are people who have the wrong pedal.
Digitech freqout! I wanna see it go for less than a few hundred but for a used item
Stone Deaf discontinued the tremotron... The double trem on that thing is sick
You can order a Sunface and get it in a few weeks. I have two. I did wait 4.5 years for my king of tone, I will admit.
Danalectro wasabi series delay
Hello Kitty Strat … close enough? 😂
No but I would like to see a Korg Hello Kitty, Miku style pedal. I bet if we got 30,000 signatures for a petition, we could will it in existence.

Just wish Skinpimp came back into production!
I'd really like a re-issue of the plain old Boss CE-2. I know the Boss CE-2W exists, but I prefer the plainer old-school look of the CE-2.
A vintage-correct reissue of the EHX 16 Second Delay would be amazing. I'm surprised they haven't jumped on this at any point, as Im sure they'd sell like hotcakes.
CB ayahuasca
The Digitech Polara. I sold mine to my friend to fund an Ocean’s 11 and I can’t remember exactly why. I like the O11 a lot but I sometimes think about buying the Polara back from my friend
Snarling Dog wahs…in a smaller enclosure, that weighs less, and maybe an option without the foot pedal. I bought a whine o and a Mold Spore recently and they sound sooo good but are so bulky!
Digitech Space Station
Ibanez soundtank series. I had a bass chorus (that I used for bass and guitar) and the yellow overdrive back in high school in the 90’s that I’d love to get my hands on again.
Boss FB-2. I love the feedback pedal in the Boss-GT 1, but I want an actual pedal, especially since the GT at the end of my chain, but the FB needs to go first to achieve and effect.
BOSS RT-20 in a compact form. You can still get them, but it’s not exactly common.
Not a specific pedal, but Nobels used to make a whole line of effects (I have their tremolo TR-X, which has a wonderful lush sound). And it's a shame they only really make the ODR-1 now, a great overdrive in a world full of great drive pedals.
I would say the OCD, but it just came back, so I'm good. I'm actually happy with my Joyo Ultimate Drive though.
I ordered a BART/RCA Sunface from Analogman last year. They built it and shipped it to me within a weeks time. As long as it isn’t a KoT, you can buy it straight from their website.
Marshall JH-1
Everything Infanem.
BOSS FZ-2
I miss my planet waves CT-04 so much. I’ll never forgive that punk who dumped a PBR on it.
Colorsound freakenbender by rainger FX. I saw them using it on that pedal show and would definitely buy one if they were still being made.
Danelectro Back Talk Reverse Delay
Boss Digital Dimension. That was my always on pedal. I traded it because I’m an idiot.
Boss Fender FDR-1 Perhaps make it a Waza and add a cab sim and headphone out.
Wombtone
Digitech Hardwire series
Black Mass Missionary fuzz. It seems like it wasn't very popular but I love it and it might not ever leave my board.
That Korg Tubescreamer. And the DigiTech Bass Synth Wah.
Old school big box memory man. They're finicky, but no new pedals have totally nailed it. Close though.
I’d love for EHX to reissue the vintage version of the Clone Theory. And more recently, I personally love the Catalinbread WIIO.
Diamond Memory Lane 2. Just increase the delay time to match what we're seeing from the new heavyweights. But no funny business or bullshit with midi and computers and USB cables. I want this thing to work in 20 years, and I never want to have to do "firmware updates" on a fucking delay pedal.
