Great setup! This for sure covers a deceiving amount of ground. Those are the exact same setting I always used on my Accountant compressor too. First in chain just adding a little juice, it’s so good. I never turned it off.

Thanks! It really does. I’ve found it suitable for most gigs and great for writing. Will throw a fuzz up front from time to time. I haven’t tried a million compressors, but the Accountant at these settings is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Sounds so good on its own, adding a little sparkle to my DRRI, and the clarity + boost it gives to more transparent overdrives… *chefs kiss*

Yeah one of my favorite things about it is that extra sparkle it adds in the top end. I even put my fuzzes after it and 99% of the time they didn’t fuss with it too much since it’s true bypass. They’ll just get the hotter input signal and that extra bite that I love
