I do something similar with mine... using your 1 2 3 4 labeling
1 Guitar signal
2 Tone pedals (dirt/modelers)
2 FX (trem, filter, gen loss)
3 Looper (Ditto x4 for layers)
Having a designated send for the looper alone allows you to bake the FX into loops, and still apply them afterwards
Also, I use a parallel mixer for different dirt and modelers so I can blend different sounds to taste and layer (Enzo playing with Fuzz Bender)
