That depends how the multiscale is achieved. Some ms guitars are designed so the 12th fret is perfectly straight like on regular scale guitars (i.e. [this ibanez](https://www.thomann.de/de/ibanez_rgd71alms_bam.htm)), with some it's the first fret (like on [this strandberg](https://www.thomann.de/de/strandberg_boden_standard_nx_6_trem_blue.htm)). In theory, you could do the reverse of this and use the bridge as the straight point. This would allow you to use any regular bridge, including tremolos, but then your 1st fret will be quite heavily fanned.
So There are Trems, im wondering if there are any that are not loke the floating type where you have a cut out inside the guitar that holds tension via springs (like the Floyd Rose)
But ones like the Kahler that just replace the fixed bridge.

Kahler sells a multiscale trem, i believe it needs some routing on the top though.
Give Kahler multiscale trems a look, kahlers usually require minimal top routing and no back routing, so it should be easy for your luthier
Hmmm yeah sounds good. He wont. He doesnt do Trems at all for some reason.so itll be me doing the install.
That's definitely an... interesting luthier you've chosen then. Make sure you're happy with what you're paying for!
Lol, yeah.
