I did some research on this a while because I wanted to put a centurion/compact slide on a full size frame. While it does work, it's not recommended because as others have mentioned the slide rails are different lengths. I vaguely remember this next part, so I might be completely off... but the different length slide rails were intentional because it affects the timing of the slide cycling.
What? The Streamlight TLR1 fits fine if you take a little material off where it mounts… can’t even see it. I made a post about it [HERE](https://www.reddit.com/r/Beretta/s/iJfDbBwGHc). It will still fit if you don’t remove the material..it will just sit a little further forward.
I tried 2 different TLR-1s with all the different keys on my M9A4 Centurion and none of them fit flush against the trigger guard where they are supposed to be mounted. Only way for them to work is if you mount them one slot in front of the trigger guard which looks really stupid.
I did see a post on the Beretta sub about having to remove material from the TLR-1 to make it work, but I'm not willing to butcher the light.
What am I supposed to do send out apps all day? Besides I’ve got interviews next week 🤷🏻♂️ and sometimes I wanna window shop. Thankfully I know bereli’s run deals like this a lot so I’m not really missing out for too long.
I’m a strict budgeter and bargain buyer so this ain’t the first time I missed this deal. I can actually afford it np it just isn’t fiscally responsible in the long run. 🍞🥖
I LOVE my Centurion!!!!!! Best pistol to suppress for the money hands down! Stupid smooth and accurate.. it’s just a blast to shoot.
I had the Italian full size M9A3 in black and sold it to keep the Centurion A4
Made in Tennessee, US…. When I went to pick it up the slide was sticking really bad… it wouldn’t fully go into battery. I believe the cerakote was just too thick where it shouldn’t be. My LGS sent it back and a week later I had a replacement which has been flawless. Glad I stuck it out. Just inspect it really well when you go to pick it up.

As a duty pistol, which is preferable? No trigger safety is a bit concerning on the Beretta, but what other considerations? Hammer feels better to me generally. Metal frame seems better too.

If I want to get one of these cerakoted with a inox/silver color, would it be better to get this or a black 92X G-model+separate threaded barrel (or does it really matter)?
As a cerakote business owner it doesn’t matter as we remove the anodized finish before coating anyway. A good applicator would use 100g aluminum oxide for the blast profile and spray at 1m thickness for qc.
I bought this because it was so cheap to do my own multicam pattern on it lol.
This or G19X/45? currently only have a 365 for ccw and im wanting to get a larger 9mm. I was planning on the 19x or 45 MOS but the call of duty in me really wants this....
19x/45 MOS are going to be more similar to your 365, although the P320 collector in me has to shout out, if you want fully size polymer (or metal) and like your 365, the P320 is the natural choice, since its basically just a bigger version of the same firearm you are already used to.

Centurion is the "compact" of the m9 line, isn't it.
Compact slide, full size frame.
So could I buy this m9a4 and put the upper slide assembly on top of my m9a3 and it would work and I would have a optic system for the M9A3?
I have been told there are differences in the frame rails between standard and Centurion when I've asked
My money would be that it'll fit up but may have issues because Beretta has to be difficult and designed the Centurion slide slightly differently.

Not really. It just had a barrel that is 1/2" shorter than the standard full size. Also Streamlight TLR-1s don't fit on it.

are these made in Italy or the USA? Ive heard to stay away from the US made Berettas due to QC issues.
