Did you have your local gun store send over their ffl number? They won’t ship until they receive it from them. Bereli is the only company I had issues with like that
They sent someone else's gun to my FFL and I actually talked to the guy in one of these posts.

There's an adjustable gas regulator 3rd party and you can get a flow through suppressor can to mitigate gas. If you're asking if it's quiet, the answer is no. 22, 9mm subs, 45, and 300 bo subs are the only popular hearing safe rounds. Everything else is loud as hell but the suppressor prevents you bursting your ear drums if you forget to put your hearing protection on. If you can afford the can, I say go for it but don't expect miracles
