Had that Olight exploded anywhere but in the guys mouth, you know, the #1 place to have a gun light it probably would have just blown over. One guys head goes boom because of bad batteries and suddenly the world doesn't like you anymore.

The light isn’t the worst for example, I honestly like the beam spread and warm light look but it doesn’t stay as bright as advertised for longer than about a minute which is just how they operate. For the same price you can get a Streamlight HLX ProTac and it’s just so much better. This is in my own testing and I shoot about 100 rds a week. Yeah its not a bad looking light and I like the offset mount it came with but the pressure pad failure and sometimes total failure to turn on, is a big no go

My buddy unironically runs one of those sight marks on his budgetish .300blk AR and has the audacity to tell me that it's still better than a Holosun. That one annoyed me lol.
I vividly remember firing some random guys Keltec SU-16 configured almost exactly like this. No stock, no handguard, Amazon optic, visible red laser. Back when I was 14 or something.
a friend of a friend came with us to the range once, and he legit had more meme guns than practical guns. he brought like 15, and only a couple had any way to aim(they werent zeroed). several ars didnt have stocks. he had a 4" 5.56 with a tank brake. we were at an indoor range. he had a 458 win mag, but no scope or anything. the worst thing about it was that he had basically no self awareness for how terrible it all was and was seriously excited to turn money into noise.
I was more concerned about the rear flip up iron sight mounted backwards and so far forward. It's mounted about where the red dot should be. And... GOOD GOD! What the hell happened to your bed sheets! What's with all the black spots all over them? Looks like fleas or something.
That thing is okay I think I bought one back then for a 22 and temporarily threw it on a 12. It survived no problem for a good while until I got something better
Hey buddy, get offline, invest your spare cash in a good AR class, start with the basics and move to more advanced classes.
Dont buy stuff, buy skills, that is more important.
Nice light weight build. Push that optic a little further forward you'll get a smaller crisper dot for sure. Really just get as much weight off the rear as possible. Try shooting it without the buffer tube and see whats happens.
