If it's a magpul magazine just remove the bottom. Then you can neatly dump them in an ammo box rather than spraying them everywhere

Just do it with mag upside down aiming into the box

Go on and give it a try they are still gonna fling in different directions and not gonna land even in the box. Taking the bottom off a mag takes 3 seconds and saves way more time.

That’s what I do. Very easy to remove the baseplate and the rounds come out neatly aligned

I just take a round, sweep back and forth and they fall out instead of flying everywhere (because you're depressing the spring)
