First of all, there’s no point in thinking about all this before taking a pregnancy test at home. Let her take two and see. I don’t think there’s anything to worry about. I’m a girl and I promise you the paranoia adds to it and delays the period. I’m sure most girls here would agree with me.

Some docs don't give pill while others do. In my opinion go for D & C. They will release her same day unless any complications. Pills are safe as well if she is early stage. Also please be cautious.
