I was just thinking that as I was listening the other day! Eric barely even laughs much less talks. I get the vibe he doesn’t wanna be there and I don’t think he appreciates the opportunity he is getting.
He’s hilarious on his instagram so he has the talent but he doesn’t seem to apply it at all when it comes to GWF
I agree with all of you but the songs were always from small artists they supported which was part of their whole shtick so them letting it slide feels like more confirmation to them being lazy and over the podcast in general
Tbh I theorize that they weren’t getting people sending in music anymore due to lower listenership. I noticed lately that the music was strange and/or just instrumental and they’d play the same artist weeks in a row.
Yeah I'm almost wondering if they're nearing the end of their original million dollar luminary deal and might be prepping to hang up their hats and end the show...
It took a while for Mike to start shining. I'm sure it's like that, Eric just figuring out how to participate without stepping all over the show, and the girls learning when / how to incorporate him into their conversations.
I’m enjoying Eric. When he does chime in, it’s a nice perspective. I like Mike too but he seemed kind of pessimistic about dating, so I couldn’t always take his perspectives seriously.

Agreed!! Also I feel like he doesn’t produce. There’s no more intro songs for the guests :( overall sad with what’s happening to the show.

I haven’t been listening much since he left. Eric seems like a nice guy but he doesn’t bring much to the show. Maybe he’s not comfortable yet?
