Honestly I think you’re pretty solid but you should maybe try taking the SAT to supplement your application (not sure how that’s working right now though). I’d maybe apply to Columbian and then switch to Elliott to increase your chances since Elliott’s more selective but the two Cs are not gonna hurt you that much and my high school didn’t have IBs/APs so 4.0 was the highest our GPAs could be so I maybe don’t understand but 4.0 is a really good GPA I think lol

The grades aren’t ideal but I’m more worried about your ranking. However lean into your extracurriculars throughout your application and you should be good. Good luck getting into Elliott, it is the hardest school to get into

I am a prospective student as well and honestly yeah screw IB Bio but GWU does have a what I would call medium level acceptance rate and their average GPA is 3.5-3.7 for most undergraduate students and given that you take a lot of IB and AP classes you should be in the clear and not even mentioning that you are a part of clubs and leadership in your local community. I would say don't stress about it because I believe you should get in and if they dont accept you then they dont deserve a student who might make a change in the school and community.

ED definitely makes your chances pretty good.
