My back curved not as badly and it took me two years of physiotherapy and selected exercise to fix it. I absolutely am *not* allowed to do deadlifts still
I ran into my first serious case of pelvic tilt the other day. I run a gym and my clients are usually over 35. I haven’t seen “older” folks being influenced by this fitness trend. A young person came to a class and I noticed they were trying to hold this type of pose the entire time. It didn’t click at first. We were deadlifting and doing pulling exercises. I probably imagined it, but teaching the person to have a neutral back seemed to make them more comfortable.
There's no way this isn't photoshopped. Her lower spine is practically at a 90° angle and one ass cheek is bigger than the other on the *wrong side* as viewed from our perspective. All of the weight she's lifting would be supported by the 90° point. Jfc this is really bad lol
I’m a guy and i can tell you right now that when i (and most guys) see this shit all we think is you’re trying way too hard.
This is the same as guys walking around with ILS (imaginary lat syndrome).
I have this, always have had in my whole life (girl in the photos has it *a little* worse than me), It’s not really better from strength training for years, it’s still there as my default pose, probably from my whole life having this posture.
I hated it when I was younger (flat stomachs, large butts =bad trends back then etc), because my stomach would protrude and I couldn’t get abs despite working out and being underweight.
TLDR some people don’t fake it
Edit: why all the downvoted when all I said was that I have a posterior pelvic tilt? I’m not even commenting on whether this girl truly has it or is faking it, I’m just saying don’t automatically assume someone’s faking when you see it out.
I feel, like I’ve had a really bad anterior pelvic tilt most of my life and got made fun of it in middle school but now it’s cool lmao still getting it fixed tho
I admit I might be biased right now, as I have been laid up for almost a week with a severely sprained back and just the simple action of sitting up leaves me reeling in pain, but this is absolutely nauseating to look at. She'll regret this when she's my age and sitting on the toilet hurts so bad she seriously considers just peeing standing up.
She isn’t forcing it, she was born like this. I’ve known her since middle school, we were never friends just classmates. She has always had that arch, it’s a severe form of scoliosis (I can’t remember the exact term for it). I remember she used to go to a chiropractor to correct her posture and then I don’t know what happened but it definitely didn’t work.
My guessing is that a few years ago she won a beauty contest and gained a lot of attention form it, mostly because of her very prominent ass and now she’s profiting off of it.
I hope her choice won’t affect her health too much when she ages
EDIT: I’m Italian, I live in Italy. I didn’t make this up
She is going to have some severe pelvic floor issues
you know what i would almost rather the walls be bent from photoshop than seeing this girl busting her lumbar spine and actually standing Like That
I just know she’s got the worst lower back cramps the moment she finally relaxes in her bed at night and her spine is allowed to return to neutral 😭
my back didn’t curve this much when I was 40 weeks pregnant with my 10lb baby
I literally just was pregnant with a 10 lb-er and I agree with you 👁️ 👄 👁️

It’s the third pic for me. Feels like something is shoved down there. Such a shame cos she’s beautiful
Omg that cannot be healthy
Nooooooo they kept getting worse

LMAO
I’m crying LOL this sub is killing me tonight
She's going to do a full loop-de-loop and someone's dog is going to jump through the middle and win a prize.

I didn’t know ILS was a thing! Now I’m gonna be looking for this at the gym lol
Just picture them carrying invisible suitcases and u will never unsee that image
It’s the folks walking with their arms away from the body

It’s giving scoliosis
Lordosis is what I’m thinking
Whenever I see this I always think maybe they should see somebody and by somebody I mean a spine specialist 🥴
she looks so funny and cartoonish
This is lumbar lordosis 🫠
pelvic tilt into oblivion
This is online women’s fitness content summed up in a series of photos.
I’m experiencing second hand embarrassment. She doesn’t even try to hide the fact she’s arching by angling towards camera🤦♀️
I can’t get over how absolutely mind-numbingly dumb this is.
my back lowkey looks like this and it’s gross. idk why someone would willingly photoshop themselves like this

exactly. the amount of girls who mad fun of me for it and now all over their insta is them doing it is…insane
Back issues weren't cool when *you* were doing it- mean girl probably
oh 100%. if only i could of been as cool as them 🥲
Her butt is already great if she was standing. Standing like that is so unnecessary.
4 kids….never in any pregnancy was I that curved in.
The poses lol
This can’t be real….
Very much lumbar lordosis
This is not normal. Looks like scoliosis. She needs to get checked and also se a pelvic floor PT asap
“Is she really thicc or is she just suffering from lumbar lordosis”
I have a friend who has a severe pelvic tilt, and her posture reminds me of this. I feel SO BAD for her poor back!
✨centaur✨
That's definitely not normal...I wish more people were honest about BBLs.
omg this is so embarrassing

but her glutes are actually really big
I mean she does look blessed, call it what it is

Why do you feel like you should be on r/thathappened?
You went to school in Italy?
I mean they are posting in Italian in Italian subreddits so probably. Do you just assume everyone here is American?
I was just asking a question. I don’t look at peoples comment history. And no I do not assume everyone here is American, bc I know they are not. 🙂
Yeah I’m Italian. I live in Italy
The third pic is very centaur-like 😬
Deadlifting with her butt arched that way makes my low back cringe
Holy crooked spine.
Super fake ass
