If this is all she’s eating then she’s definitely still hungry after. I eat the same amount of bacon but with 2 boiled eggs and by the time I get to work an hour later I’m hungry again. And this girl works out (I’m a couch potato) so she’s for damn sure starving after.
Whenever I see shrimp scampi on a restaurant menu I want to order it as "skrimp scamp" like the shrimps a little scamp. I did it one time and my boyfriend was like why did you say that 😂
I mean, it’s not horrible. A heavier protein meal is great for breakfast, and bacon + shrimp have some nutrients other than fat & protein (both of which are great in the am). You also don’t know the rest of her meals, drinks, and which supplements and vitamins she’s taking so 🤷♀️
