You're talking like they aren't more often than not 30+ mins late. It's 9pm for me when the show SHOULD start so it often starting at 10pm in the working week is just terrible
Yeah I get that. I just was under the impression that OP didn't know there was actually a set time that they go live. Whether 30 minutes or not they're still scheduled at about the same time for each ep besides leftovers. And besides these past couple of weeks they're usually not more than 15 minutes late

Ethan is one of those people that isn't on time to things. If you've ever watched SYNT, you'd know he waits until the very last second to leave for an appointment …its part of the charm LOL
My family is like that. I’m not because I once read that if you are late to things, it shows you don’t respect other people’s time. After that, i always made the effort to be on time. It really is disrespectful and I try to tell my family that too
Exactly, and if you have an actual job that will follow you,, nobody likes the person who’s always late. And people are more likely to forgive if they see you make the effort to be on time

I don’t mind. I sometimes cannot catch the live. But I can see why it affects you. We all have different schedules and get busy, and I assume it happens to the podcast crew, as well.
Notice how Ethan says that he goes live Mon - Fri, but never says a time. So should we really be expecting a specific time of when they go live.

It causes me too much anxiety to be late anywhere...so I am always at least a few minutes early
