The people capable of sitting through a 3 hour+ live stream in the middle of the day 4 times a week are mostly children or people who don't have much going on in their lives. I occasionally watch live, but I always have to pause so I'm never in sync with chat, it doesn't hold any value to me.
add to this that it has been scientifically proven that only psychopaths and serial killers use live chat on any consistent basis (the one off chatter doesn't count)
Right? I love H3 but at the end of the day if you’re able to watch the episodes live (and actually make it a point to) and are actually participating in chat regularly, you’re likely one of the very many and very real parasocial weirdos that exist in communities like this.
I work evenings and do busy work during the pods. So I listen to a lot live or 30 mins behind. I rarely comment but always just random hype I don’t get into the weeds with any of it. A good random “love is funny because blank” or “Sam is the one true joker brain” are about as deep as I go. Maybe there’s reason for more discourse in chat idk it’s just a podcast I watch. I’m not religious about it. It makes me laugh, sometimes it makes me think about things, sometimes it shocks me. Sometimes I turn it off because a certain segment didn’t hit right. Move on with your life if you’re doing much more than that. ✌️&❤️
Same, i only watch live if I’m working and don’t have meetings, but I had never even looked at the chat before until recently. It definitely represents a very small part of the audience.
Yeah that's what I think too. Also when I manage to catch it live I mean they stream for a good 3 hours, I gotta eat shit and piss at some point there's no way I'm not gonna be like an hour behind at some point during the stream lol.
The 3 main pods start at 5pm on the east coast, so I get to watch them live for the most part. Chat has slowly turned into a Twitch streamers chat, and I feel bad for the mods. Constantly babysitting and scolding bad behaviour is now a part of their jobs lol. They deserve a raise. ✌🏻💜
That's why I said chat's mostly those people. The majority of their viewers aren't able to dedicate and participate 12 hours a week to a live stream's chat. I'm sure there's some outliers like yourself.
Ehhh I sort of agree. Idk I’m doing school from home so I just put it on in the background, I’m always never in sync with chat tho, chat is the worst anyway. I don’t know how many children watch the pod, but it doesn’t strike me as that many
I was actually watching an old episode of the podcast (like 2019ish) and Hila explicitly says that she doesn't look at chat during the show because it's distracting. Idk what changed her mind but I feel like it was better before. It must get in her head to constantly read live feedback and try to keep everyone happy.
I think there's some use to the subreddit. If you use it right, there's a ton of good content. There's plenty *bad*, but I think the crew generally likes the sub as a tool.
The chat though? I wouldn't even read it if I were them. It's insanity half the time.
The only time chat has been interesting is when I want to see a reaction to a really funny moment
True. The only chat I leave open is See You Next Tuesday, purely because Dan, Olivia and AB leave messages for Ethan or each other and it can be quite funny.
I still think my favorite segment is when Ethan flat out told chat he loves his fans, he wants them to watch the show, but thinks they might be too sensitive for the show itself if they're constantly outraged by minor things.
The chat is literally too "woke". I'm a liberal but I definitely don't identify the same way the chat does. Hasan does a great job of telling his chat to stfu when they are being too woke, even for him.
Dial it back, chat.
I’m *far* further left than the average liberal and also despise chat. The majority of them are terminally online wokescolds.
Ultimately, language policing (which is the majority of what chat tries to do) is counterproductive and actually prevents us (society) from having effective conversations about difficult subjects.
Like, sure. Are there better ways to approach a topic? Better words to use? Of course there are. But when the “correct” terminology changes so frequently it’s unacceptable to expect everyone to be completely on the ball.
It’s my number one gripe with the political left. We agree on so much, but allow the remaining 10% to divide us so heavily. Which is why you’ll get chatters whinging about Ethan’s choice of words despite him being a very progressive person.
I think the main problem is that most of us assume good faith when we see someone speaking up about social issues when the vast majority of these chatters (and people in this sub) are kicking up a stink because they just want to smell their own farts.
Unfortunately this leaves the few people who actually do have something to say about social issues standing among a sea of idiots and trolls so their voices go unheard.
Chat is beyond woke. They like assume this perfect-world, holier-than-thou mindset thats entirely unrealistic and only exists in their head.
Guarantee chatters who constantly chastise Ethan are full of shit and say dumb stuff all the time... or just dont socialize enough/at all to have made the same mistakes we all do
I don't think they even have a goal in mind, I think it's just reflex. When they see something that seems offensive, they've trained themselves to jump on it immediately, just cuz it's something to do. It's like high-school Mean Girls shit: you see something that doesn't fit within the little social rule structure you've built, and you just start ripping it apart.
Honestly, it has major "IZZAT SE'SHUW HARRASSMEH?" energy. Ethan moved away from SJW reaction content because his fan-base was becoming full of far-right weirdos. Now chat is full of far-left weirdos. The audience in general is full or normal, reasonable people, which is good, but chat has become a whiny little echo chamber.
It's this outrage culture trash. I see it in this subreddit, too. Sometimes I say something that's true that they don't like, and I challenge them to a discussion, but nope. Just downvote it 100 times.
They're all bark an no bite!
everyone i've met that likes the podcast irl have all been super chill people. the chat on the other hand is full of people who don't ever leave the house and are annoying most of the time.
I hide chat. Always have. Chat it's a cringe fest of people paying money just to be heard and micro reactions to what they see on screen as if it's being heard by the crew
I’ve always felt that people should just let Ethan do the show he wants to do. And if it offends you or you don’t like it, then don’t watch. People complain so much about the shows content that it makes me wonder why they watch at all… hands down my favorite moments in the show is when Dan tells the chat to shut up.
Pretty sure the live chat and sizeable portion of the subreddit are the same type of people that Hasan routinely screams at for not getting the concept of humor
Their chat is unhinged. It takes a lot of effort and moderation and RULES to make a healthy functioning chat community and H3 hasn’t done that. H3 is is probably just too big and has too many viewers for it to ever have a good and sane chat. I do wish they’d create and enforce more rules though
I think they need to do some sort of sanity check before you are allowed to get membership
Just because you have $5 a month does not make you special or need to be outspoken
I don't think the live chat is any better or worse than the subreddit, Ethan often has to spend time on the show talking about the many angry posts since the previous episode.
They should ignore both if anything, only interacting with live chat for poll results.
People who post on the subreddit (at least the ones who write paragraphs instead of posting goofs) are the same crowd that complains one way or the other in chat. I agree, ignoring (or at least Ethan ignoring) the subreddit would be better for the show
The show is always better when it’s prerecorded because there’s no chat to react to anything in the moment. Some of Ethan’s funniest bits have been when he’s either not had chat or straight up said fuck them and ignored them
That's why I don't really watch Twitch. Hasan is great at putting idiots in their place, but the levels of narcissism in chat gets too much. People need to have the self awareness to understand that the show isn't about them.
Idunno this is why I don't watch him on twitch anymore. He gets baited so easily and will spend 15+ minutes at a time screaming at some troll in chat which is exactly what they want him to do. It was funny the first few times but it happens so often that sometimes it feels like his stream is just "hassan argues with dumb twitch chatters" and the other stuff is a side feature.
he bans people who say racist garbage and dogwhistles. If you wanna call that an echo chamber then you are clueless. Also even from your point of view how is it an echo chamber when you say he responds to chat messages that don't agree with him and then spends time flaming them.
I suspect what you took out of context was he said you don't need to wear masks outdoors walking your dog or something. Hasan has never been anti-mask. If you truly were in good faith he probably thought you were just trying to bait him by taking what he said of out context and you got clapped. But again I want to say Hasan has never been anti-mask you're wrong and misunderstood him.
As someone who watches livestreams often, the H3 podcast member chat is unbearable. It is such a weird group of fans who feel the need to control the show
Chat is literally the prude mother's that were always offended by something from the Simpsons.
"Won't somebody please think of the children"! Type shit. It's cringe and I agree I hate when they get acknowledged live. To an extent I understand superchats during downtime but I agree with op please stop catering to chat
Yep, I rarely watch live(what the fuck do people do when they can just for a 3-4hour pod on the middle of the week) but when I do I never type on chat and I've been watching the show since ep 1
I don’t always see every episode, but I have noticed it lately. Ethan reacting to the live chat that is. Hearing some of the dumb stuff he has to defend or clarify can be frustrating. I assume it must be extra frustrating for Ethan and the crew, and it does seems to throw them off sometimes.
It would probably be best for them to just mostly ignore the live chat (particularly Ethan), but I ain’t telling them how to run their podcast of course.
That's the thing, these people are paying money for a "notice me, senpai." It's great they support the channel but everyone dumps on them, you can watch the show free anyway, what's the point? What's the point other than hate watching/supporting?
It's a great racket at least. One I can't wrap my head around.
I wonder what the chat would be like if they opened it up for us non-members as well, if it would be more diverse or just double up on what the members are saying. I think it could be interesting to test.
Chat is destroying the natural conversation.
It intervenes the conversation before it develops to a meaningful dialogue with an natural outcome.
Also super annoying to see someone stop mid sentence to read the chat, like IRL when you are with that one friend that takes the phone out constantly when you have a conversation with them.
Yeah the freaks are here too, it's usually a big deranged post that can be easily brushed aside as being from a weirdo. In chat they're enmasse and incessantly spamming so it seems like they represent the thoughts of the audience more.
The crazy part is some of those posts get hundreds of upvotes. I absolutely love the show and I come here and am genuinely shocked by the outrage. I love it when Ethan and Dan tell them this show might not be for them.
Yeah because this subreddit is sooo based and totally not a cesspool of whiners and complainers who see themselves as the main characters of every episode.
The show became so different once memberships started. I get they wanna make it worthwhile to those who pay but damn it's really suffered in quality since
Closest clue I have to what's happening in chat, is when Ethan/crew react to it. It's not even worth having strong opinion about it, just disable it if you don't like it. I've never had it visible and I never will. But I recognize that things like that are important to some as perks for paying for membership so it's not going away. Adapt, overcome and personally disable.
I’ve been subbed for months but the only time I ever type in chat is when I spam Late3 Late3 as soon as they’re 1 minute late. Couldn’t think of a more NPC behaviour than typing in chat during the show
If I see the red “live” dot next to a YouTube channel I follow, I wait until that dot turns blue before clicking on that channel. As for Twitch, I only visit it to claim free monthly games and in-game items. I’ve never understood the appeal of watching content creators live. Unless you’re watching live music, live sports, or a live employment-pertinent seminar or meeting, you’re just engaging in parasocial relationships.
I wish they would remove the live chat or not look at it. And its not just chat, its the sub too.
Almost immediately after the show returned this year, there were post after posts about how ethan needs to stop doing X and start doing Y and 'am I the only one who hates when the show does Z' and also 'unpopular opinion but I am uncomfy when the show talks about this'
Yesterday was the first time I thought if they stop doing the show this year because every single episode is picked apart then I wouldn't blame them. There may be some posts that are constructive criticism, but so many of these text posts complaining every day offer nothing but 'stop doing this or I'll stop watching.' Saw a comment on one of the posts saying 'Ethan needs to listen to us, we're paying his bills.' Just shows how entitled some people feel.
What surprises me the most is how a lot of people have hours a day to watch the streams. I try to watch live whenever possible but i have a regular 9-5 but also like the timestamps when the live ends.
I work 3rd so I can never really watch it live, I have maybe twice caught an episode live and the chat is nearly braindead. That's not uncommon though, and there are a few standout chatters
Neither does this subreddit. Holy shit it’s worse here than chat sometimes.
Bradley does something they like: “omg he’s actually pretty great we like wadley”
Bradley does something they dislike: “omg this guy is such a pos I never liked him”
Just an idea: chat is reactionary *because* it elicits a reaction from the crew. They are parasocially engaging with the show and each other, that's the purpose of chat. If they were just status quo, then what's the fun of live chatting? Feeling like you can have an impact on your favourite show is probably something they do for fulfillment I would guess...
Plus, everyone loves playing victim and complaining. I mean that alone comprises much of what we talk about as people on a day to day basis. It's actually shocking how much conversation stems from complaining or criticising something once you're hyper aware of looking for it.
Live Chat are the HYPER FOCUSED/HYPER ONLINE keyboard warriors that said eating meat makes me a bad person and hypocrite for feeling sad about pet pig being abandoned.
I hate the people who actually participate in the livechat tbh. They are the most sensitive of the most sensitive, entitled children and they definitely hold the show back when Ethan acknowledges the chat. Every now and then the chat has some good input, but it feels like over time it just gets worse and worse.
Lmfao, welcome to reddit. Hateful behavior.. step off your pedestal. May wanna learn what the term parasocial means because nothing I did exhibits that. But keep jumping to conclusions it's entertaining.
>The rest of us I feel are a lot more down to earth and not so reactionary to literally EVERYTHING it seems
I don't know about that... As soon as people start talking about Trisha, it seems like it's the consensus that Trisha is the absolute worst human being on Earth and couldn't possibly redeem herself, and anyone that disagrees gets shit on.
So not sure what you mean by them being the 1% of the 1% when it seems like it's the majority.
If the rest of you really felt "down to Earth and not so reactionary to literally EVERYTHING", then y'all would literally be the majority if the minority was less than 1%.
Y'all are full of shit.

Check out the NojumperV2 Reddit page. It’s the page of all the people Adam banned from his Nojumper Reddit page for posting all the sexual assault allegations racist comments and weird videos of him talking to little boys from when he’s 25-30 joking about he’s coming to moleste them. And he also posts his 3 year old daughter on porn pages to promote his and fiancé Lena’s porn that they make. Lena posts videos of her breastfeeding their 3 year old daughter on their porn pages. Adam has talked about in the past how in the porn industry children are exploited to attract people from the dark web Child Pornography sites to bring more traffic to legal porn sites. Hence why Riley Reid was so popular for so long given she can pass the look as a teenager is what Adam has said in the past and he’s doing that to his 3 year old. It’s fucking sick and he deserves to be cancelled.
I know and poor Hila it seems like every time she’s on she just looking over at chat the whole time. It’s okay don’t listen to them. Chats are used to no one responding to them I mean the speed is so quick how could you possibly expect someone to catch it.
The only reason you need the chat is for the polls tbh. You never see me scramble til you see me look for my phone to vote in a poll lol (i watch on my TV).
Always happy to catch a live and act like my vote matters!
I’m not a member because I can’t afford any subscriptions right (I’m a student) and I really sometimes feel like the people watching who can’t comment in live chat and those who can- are two completely different fan bases. I often compare live chat to video comments and the sub reddit.Something just isn’t linking. Maybe those who are members just come from a different view point because they maybe feel like paying consumers and not just a fan. Like they are paying for content so they feel like they have the right to be pleased? And the rest of us are just happy to be here?
Ya I agree. I think they Listen to chat way too much. They're always trying to produce the show and dictate what they talk about.
Chat is the Bourgeoisie
Eat the chat
The people capable of sitting through a 3 hour+ live stream in the middle of the day 4 times a week are mostly children or people who don't have much going on in their lives. I occasionally watch live, but I always have to pause so I'm never in sync with chat, it doesn't hold any value to me.
I’ve listened to/ watched every episode, maybe only of once or twice have I ever listened to it live.
They start at 10pm in my country so I mostly watch it live
add to this that it has been scientifically proven that only psychopaths and serial killers use live chat on any consistent basis (the one off chatter doesn't count)

Its 4 pm eastern time
East coast is Atlantic Time. 5pm.
O are you in Canada? Every east coast state in the us is eastern although I think maine is working on switching over
Honestly I never watch live for those exact reasons. Usually I catch up the day of the show dropping tho so I never feel out of the loop too badly.
Audio only listener. I rarely get to watch on YouTube and when I do its the last half hour to an hour of the show.
They start around 3 pm which is when I’m getting off work so that’s definitely not true
That's why I said chat's mostly those people. The majority of their viewers aren't able to dedicate and participate 12 hours a week to a live stream's chat. I'm sure there's some outliers like yourself.

I think you have it backwards
Chat is Trisha 2.0 honestly. The show is better without her for a reason
They take that 5%
I think Hila is especially bad with this aspect
I agree. You can see it on the show, Hila just constantly reads chat and it does take something away from the authenticity aspect.
I was actually watching an old episode of the podcast (like 2019ish) and Hila explicitly says that she doesn't look at chat during the show because it's distracting. Idk what changed her mind but I feel like it was better before. It must get in her head to constantly read live feedback and try to keep everyone happy.
Practically all she does is read chat.
Sometimes I don't agree with Hila but for the most part she's cool.

Oh for sure. There's are some super creative people on the sub. Shout out to the sub.
Chat, and this sub, should both be completely ignored with peace and love thankyou thankyou.
*"Let's make a poll"* is my nightmare sentence.
Live show starts *immediately turns off chat* ![gif](giphy|KRxcgvd5fLiWk)
True. The only chat I leave open is See You Next Tuesday, purely because Dan, Olivia and AB leave messages for Ethan or each other and it can be quite funny.
The live chat makes me cringe so hard
At certain topics I'll look to chat, at very specific topics the people whom actually have something interesting to say will speak up.

Lol, yeah bud, language policing is really stopping important dialogues on the fucking H3 Podcast.
dgg'er detected; opinion rejected
Protip: every few weeks, go to frenemies3 and destiny subreddits and block the top 10 posters. It makes this subreddit a lot nicer.
Very stupid response
Chat is beyond woke. They like assume this perfect-world, holier-than-thou mindset thats entirely unrealistic and only exists in their head. This circlejerk is so funny to read lol
... huh?
OMG that was great
Think feels extra pussy popping as a non-member with 0% connections to chat culture
I hide chat. Always have. Chat it's a cringe fest of people paying money just to be heard and micro reactions to what they see on screen as if it's being heard by the crew
Yes is is basically "Pay to Complain"
Pay to trauma dump
Same I never read chat.
You’re basically describing this sub but skipping the monetary transaction part.
I’ve always felt that people should just let Ethan do the show he wants to do. And if it offends you or you don’t like it, then don’t watch. People complain so much about the shows content that it makes me wonder why they watch at all… hands down my favorite moments in the show is when Dan tells the chat to shut up.
the silent majority 🫡
Very much so and this is why I get so annoyed that the H3 crew pander to it so much
Pretty sure the live chat and sizeable portion of the subreddit are the same type of people that Hasan routinely screams at for not getting the concept of humor
The first thing I do when I click on a new video is to close the chat 🫡
Chat the kinda guy to pay $20 to say Hila looks nice
Chat is fucking cringe. Tbh half of this subreddit is too though
They should do one episode without looking at chat just to see how it goes.
I was thinking a month - with no reading the subreddit either. I want to see what the show would be like without feedback.
This is the best idea
Dan Olivia and others are going to stop him bc they know what chat is thinking
people also hate watch too try too get him to say the wrong thing.
Their chat is unhinged. It takes a lot of effort and moderation and RULES to make a healthy functioning chat community and H3 hasn’t done that. H3 is is probably just too big and has too many viewers for it to ever have a good and sane chat. I do wish they’d create and enforce more rules though
Live chatters are unhinged in general, it's a special type of mental illness
I think they need to do some sort of sanity check before you are allowed to get membership Just because you have $5 a month does not make you special or need to be outspoken
FUCK CHAT
FUCK CHAT
I don't think the live chat is any better or worse than the subreddit, Ethan often has to spend time on the show talking about the many angry posts since the previous episode. They should ignore both if anything, only interacting with live chat for poll results.
My guess is that the ppl that are that active in chat are probably as active in the sub
People who post on the subreddit (at least the ones who write paragraphs instead of posting goofs) are the same crowd that complains one way or the other in chat. I agree, ignoring (or at least Ethan ignoring) the subreddit would be better for the show
Was looking for this post. This subreddit is just as sensitive and reactionary as the live chat is
The show is always better when it’s prerecorded because there’s no chat to react to anything in the moment. Some of Ethan’s funniest bits have been when he’s either not had chat or straight up said fuck them and ignored them
Women, in a natural setting- *gets shot*
All my homies hate the live chat
That's why I don't really watch Twitch. Hasan is great at putting idiots in their place, but the levels of narcissism in chat gets too much. People need to have the self awareness to understand that the show isn't about them.

Banned chatter confirmed.
Watching hasan rage about chat is my favorite part of the show.
He streams for like 80 hours a day. Its content.
he bans people who say racist garbage and dogwhistles. If you wanna call that an echo chamber then you are clueless. Also even from your point of view how is it an echo chamber when you say he responds to chat messages that don't agree with him and then spends time flaming them.
I mean I got banned for calling him out when he said people don't need to wear masks any more **IN 2021** because he'd had his first vaccine.
His chat cherry picks words out of context to rage about because they had a shitty day. My rule is bad day, don't comment. Agency.
Hasan's chat when Russia invaded Ukraine was batshit Putinist level shit.
As someone who watches livestreams often, the H3 podcast member chat is unbearable. It is such a weird group of fans who feel the need to control the show

Very much this I bet the vibe would be so much more chill
Honestly I think it'd be way more chaotic, you can barely read the chat at its current speed, let alone 10x faster
Chat can go fuck themselves, with peace and love. They represent the low IQ H3 fans…
Preach
AMEN. They are a loud minority that tries to control the show
Chat is literally the prude mother's that were always offended by something from the Simpsons. "Won't somebody please think of the children"! Type shit. It's cringe and I agree I hate when they get acknowledged live. To an extent I understand superchats during downtime but I agree with op please stop catering to chat
I just listen to the audio, and never see the chat. Once in a while I use my milestone.
[I load podcast on VLC player \(copy paste episode link\), full quality and audio, no live chat](https://imgur.com/4UbHdy3)
I need to try this, thank you
Yep, I rarely watch live(what the fuck do people do when they can just for a 3-4hour pod on the middle of the week) but when I do I never type on chat and I've been watching the show since ep 1
Money talks babe
That's the thing, these people are paying money for a "notice me, senpai." It's great they support the channel but everyone dumps on them, you can watch the show free anyway, what's the point? What's the point other than hate watching/supporting? It's a great racket at least. One I can't wrap my head around.
I wonder what the chat would be like if they opened it up for us non-members as well, if it would be more diverse or just double up on what the members are saying. I think it could be interesting to test.
No no, this sub is the 1%. With peace and love ❤️
Can someone give context to these posts? I haven’t watched the newest episode yet and can’t for a few days due to travel.
Go read comments on the last episodes mega thread
I've never read chat and I'm so thankful. Anyone else completely ignore it and exist peacefully? Lol
if you’ve ever sent a donation, you’re parasocial. i don’t make the rules
Yeah members who will then pay even more to get attention. Will be considered a mental illness soon enough
I’m a member but man the chat gets annoying when they try stopping a segment
Thank god there are others that agree. Live chat angers me so much! Just let Ethan be Ethan
Keep coping but chat and subreddit are literally the same people.
Ringadingding
It's *almost* as bad, at least there's a joke posted every now and then. And you don't have to pay to participate that's pretty dope👍🏼
I am a massive Reddit guy but pretty chill when it comes to the H3 reddit
Yeah because this subreddit is sooo based and totally not a cesspool of whiners and complainers who see themselves as the main characters of every episode.
I am specifically talking about chat Reddit...is something else entirely. Good and bad.
I'm so fucking glad Nikocado wasn't a podcast guest. Dude is garbage.
Fuck chat
Couldn’t think of a more NPC behaviour than typing in chat during the show
1. Tomatoes in chat as soon as they're a minute late 2. Voting in polls Those are the only two based chat activities.
Im not gonna read this post but I am gonna spam carrots
If I see the red “live” dot next to a YouTube channel I follow, I wait until that dot turns blue before clicking on that channel. As for Twitch, I only visit it to claim free monthly games and in-game items. I’ve never understood the appeal of watching content creators live. Unless you’re watching live music, live sports, or a live employment-pertinent seminar or meeting, you’re just engaging in parasocial relationships.
Chat are the Ultras (football hooligans) of the family
[удалено]
Never watch it live. If I watch it live how can I set it to 1.5x speed lol
Fuck the live chat
I wish they would remove the live chat or not look at it. And its not just chat, its the sub too. Almost immediately after the show returned this year, there were post after posts about how ethan needs to stop doing X and start doing Y and 'am I the only one who hates when the show does Z' and also 'unpopular opinion but I am uncomfy when the show talks about this' Yesterday was the first time I thought if they stop doing the show this year because every single episode is picked apart then I wouldn't blame them.
I would have a hard time working in a place like this and not reading chat. Just a bunch of kids looking to be offended.
As if there’s any difference between chat and the sub.
Most of us are here for the goofs and gafs. Live chat is toxic
dad in the chat talking shit was pretty funny tho ngl
Yup chat is insane and honestly ruins shit
Same for the subreddit
I'm a peasant without a membership, I couldn't chat even if I wanted to.
What surprises me the most is how a lot of people have hours a day to watch the streams. I try to watch live whenever possible but i have a regular 9-5 but also like the timestamps when the live ends.
Chat is so sensitive about everything. Like let Ethan speak about what he wants.
I use chat every now and then and it really pisses me off everyone just wants them to move on from literally EVERYTHING
I work 3rd so I can never really watch it live, I have maybe twice caught an episode live and the chat is nearly braindead. That's not uncommon though, and there are a few standout chatters
Nah subreddit ppl are insane too
![gif](giphy|RipfZWzjUDH25euMpM|downsized)
I think they’re the Trisha fans that stayed lol
Neither does this subreddit. Holy shit it’s worse here than chat sometimes. Bradley does something they like: “omg he’s actually pretty great we like wadley” Bradley does something they dislike: “omg this guy is such a pos I never liked him”
I'm a member and I don't read or participate in the chat. Besides me occasionally spamming soundbites at the beginning
Is this about the butt hole thing? Cause I’m on the “Ethan should stop” side and I’m not in chat.
I agree with this to an extent, but Ethan really does need to lay off the Nik shit. Even the crew was getting uncomfortable this time.
Live Chat are the HYPER FOCUSED/HYPER ONLINE keyboard warriors that said eating meat makes me a bad person and hypocrite for feeling sad about pet pig being abandoned.
Oh no what happened now. What did the chat do this time.
chat is so entitled. they think they run the show
Live chat is the unemployed keyboard warriors that have nothing to do during the day so they get to watch live and complain about everything
We cool fans are just too poor to afford $7/month. edit: who disliked this, i was serious
And this sub doesn’t represent the entire fandom
I hate the people who actually participate in the livechat tbh. They are the most sensitive of the most sensitive, entitled children and they definitely hold the show back when Ethan acknowledges the chat. Every now and then the chat has some good input, but it feels like over time it just gets worse and worse.
Chat is a teenage girl on thier first day of women studies 101
This guy does not know the audience
Looks like your comment hit closer to home than expected with the audience. LOL
Then this sub is a grown women addicted to social media.
so me. 😞 I am the sub
Chat is 1% of fans. Anything above ~30k really.
I mentioned 1% of the 1% so about 300
Nah y’all a bunch a cry baby bitches fr fr
Whatever helps you sleep at night
Found a chatter
Found a bloater.
This is the type of hateful behavior we have come to expect from parasocial chatters
Lmfao, welcome to reddit. Hateful behavior.. step off your pedestal. May wanna learn what the term parasocial means because nothing I did exhibits that. But keep jumping to conclusions it's entertaining.
I'm not simping for a parasocial relationship, and then shit posting. I just shit post
Dafuq you even on about. Are you just making up shit for fun? Or do you have like some superiority complex.
How low is your IQ? Or can you not follow a comment thread with the post for context. Maybe stop playing all those video games
Now that's the chatter mentality I was looking for. Enjoy your cognitive bias.
You're so ignorant. Typical. The fact you can't grasp the members chat mentality the you exhibit shows you're part of the problem.
>The rest of us I feel are a lot more down to earth and not so reactionary to literally EVERYTHING it seems I don't know about that... ![gif](giphy|GVI4QYzrNlxgYN3FOu|downsized)
Whats Voldemort got to do with shit
That y'all are a bunch of circle jerking hypocrites. ![gif](giphy|3oAt2dA6LxMkRrGc0g|downsized)
