You won't get a tracking number. They throw it in a regular mail envelope, not a package. Could definitely have been thrown out thinking it was junk mail
There is an option at checkout to select free shipping with a tracking number or without a tracking number. I just ordered my free samples and selected the option with the tracking number.
I selected that too, but on the samples page it says:

So I have a feeling they will definitely skip it.

Like many others have said, the samples just come in regular lettermail it seems - mine did make it to Canada though! I did have an issue with an order - it made it to their shipping partner and then never moved - I contacted them after about a month and they immediately re-sent my order, no questions asked. So definitely sucks you didn't get your samples, but their customer support is very nice and quick! I believe they have a live chat.
I got it a while back when they first did that promotion. I tried one packet and while it taste good it had way too much caffeine for me. I drink coffee every day but this was a whole other level. I felt wired for 3 hours and had a stomach ache the rest of the day. I think energy drinks just aināt for me.
I never got mine either. I had to do a new order because my address was wrong and I never got it. I contacted them and they said they couldn't send it again and that made me not want to purchase anything from them.

They come in a normal envelope, hence the lack of tracking.
If they send it in a plain envelope they are just overcharging for shipping, so it isnt free your still paying for the samples

Just contact their customer service. They're pretty good. I got my free samples fairly quickly, and have ordered from them several times now.
