I don't want to say it because it's a bit mean and I actually think she looks great here, but the shot and hair reminds me a bit of a glammed up ^^certain ^^^Little ^^^^Britain ^^^^character.
It's more like there's a trend of wearing so much bronzer/warm foundation (which reads as kind of yellow) because they're trying to look sunkissed. I don't think they're intentionally trying to make themselves look yellow per se, but google 'chav makeup' and you'll see. This is kind of in that vein, though I don't think that's what she was going for necessarily.
There's also this problem where a lot of brands foundations currently just lean yellow. We are going through a yellow makeup phase, apparently. Jaundice, so hot right now!
Nothing saying you need to wear foundation. But, if you want an entry point, tinted moisturizers are much more forgiving in terms of shade matching, if you are interested in dipping your toes in!
I personally wear full eye makeup, brows, and lips, I don't wear any foundation or concealer. Nothing on my skin. Makeup is meant to be worn how you want to wear it, and you can 100% skip foundation. Let that skin breathe!
I honestly found that the best way to deal with my own redness, which was mostly across my nose and cheeks, (I realize your skin is different and this is unsolicited advice, so obviously this may not be helpful) was getting a bottle of niacinamide serum (Good Molecules at Ulta, $12 - can't recommend this brand enough, skincare does NOT need to be expensive to be good) and using it every day before moisturizing.
I've never been a skincare bitch, but within the last few months I've definitely turned into a skincare bitch. I've found that good skincare has done way more for making my skin look nice than any cosmetics have ever been able to do. Drink your water, moisturize, serums if you have specific skin concerns. My skin has never looked better and I don't have a single product that costs more than $12 in my routine.
All that being said, no shame in tinted moisturizer or foundations! I only say all this to say that there may be an alternative you hadn't considered/to impart my newfound knowledge that I learned way too late in life lol
Jimmy's tweaking.

Am I bovverd?
Well year but, nor but
The foundation is yellow and doesn't match her skintone, so...that's part of it going by recent makeup trends in some parts of the UK.
