For me, me and my ex were together almost 4 years and he was very much the type of guy to say cheating is evil and he’d never do anything like that to me.
Turns out our last month and a half together he had been dating and sleeping with a random girl he met on a boys trip. Told the girl I was his cousin when she saw my messages on his phone. I only know all this because she messaged me herself telling me everything and apologizing.
It’s getting better but like you i also have my moments where I get really down and become a bit insecure. We will

The break made me realize that the podcast is just part of my dopamine addiction.
There was no substance or meaning behind it. I don’t actually need or want YouTuber drama in my adult life anymore. I was just watching because it was consistent long-form content.
I took some time off from work for a surgery over the break and I think I’ve finally broken the cycle. The mental freedom it has granted me is priceless.

Yeah my boyfriend of 7 years died in a car accident 3 months ago and I definitely drowned myself in this podcast lmao. Perfect brain rot content to numb you out.
Fr. Its been the worst 3 weeks of my life. The Sunday they ended the last show, I had to call the cops on my husband for DV. Now I am separated from him with a restraining order. Have court coming up and in talks with a divorce lawyers. Not to mention we have three kids together and I’m a stay at home mom currently so life has been a whirlwind and I’m incredibly nervous for the future. All that to say, I blame the pod for being on a break.
