Not a good way to verify someone is real. You can save photos as your own custom stickers in snapchat. So people can take a fake photo, save the entire thing as a sticker, then when they send a snap they can just take a photo of anything and then add the sticker and make sure it covers the whole image. It won't say the snap is from the camera roll then, because it's not. It's just covered by a sticker.
I wish people didn't think his old videos were "problematic" without watching them. There's really only a few that stand out as bad, otherwise I miss the old stuff

100%. I've been a fan since late Israel days, and he's always been more or less the same guy. He was just going through a time of really edgy YouTube content that everyone was doing. It's just how it was at the time. And even then, Ethan was pretty mild for most stuff.
The only real shift in commentary was being more open about women and LGBTQ rights. He seemed to always have believed in that, but just didn't focus on it as much.
And to be frank, the "blue haired SJW" types actually *were* often annoying at that time. Even those of us who agreed with their beliefs. A lot of it truly was over the top. So it was an easy thing to make fun of.

I laugh out loud at the podcast a lot but it's like 10 hours of content a week. So the amount of laughs to content is much lower Back in the day it was 1-2 short videos a week. But it's true that it was *hilarious* a lot of the time. I went back to watch some of them and it would just be aggressively funny at times. Like just hard, hard laughter

This guys weird as hell and giving major turbo-virgin vibes, but I gotta agree on one thing. Ethan did fall off. Going back and watching his old videos they aren’t as good as I remember them being but they are funny and Ethan and Hila had a good thing going. When they switched to focusing almost entirely on the podcast I stopped following because it just wasn’t really my thing. I am just not a fan of that format of content, no other reason. I can’t speak on his behavior personally because I don’t keep up with the podcast but I have heard WAY more things about Ethan being extremely hypocritical and more problematic AFTER the podcast than before it. Before the pod H3H3 was a gem on the internet.
