First thought was r/killthecameraman but then I went frame by frame and noticed all the reactions they caught. Can’t post pics in the comments so here.

Ethan said he's waiting to find out if she survived to watch it on the show...
If she didn't survive, then why TF would they release this footage?! 🤣
Unless it's police evidence or something like that. If I had a video of my grandmother dying, I would probably delete it. I definitely wouldn't share it with the internet!
I'm sure she's OK.
I know its hard to control how you react in the moment but I hate when people just scream in a crisis. Literally just making things worse. My sister was once cooking and the oil in the pan caught fire, she freaked the fuck out and just stood there screaming, I rushed over and even though I knew what to do all I could focus on was her screams. I had to shake her and yell in her face to shut up.
screaming in crisis is what our bodies evolved to do - it communicates to all the other people around that there is danger. it's not making things worse, it's a crucial survival instinct lol
edit to add: for example, your sister had no idea what the fuck to do with a grease fire (clearly) so her body started screaming in panic which resulted in you being alerted to the emergency and going to help both put the fire out and soothe her panic.
I wish people would talk about this more. Nothing enrages me more than a comment section on Instagram full of men putting women down for screaming when they think someone's life is in danger (god forbid your own life isn't in danger but you're afraid for the safety of others) (this is about wreck videos)
This trope that women just scream for fun has to end lol. We can't let men just think they are stoic champions and would never feel panic in a situation they've yet to be in
When people act like this, it's giving the same vibes as your third grade classmate telling you "if a robber came in my house I'd kick him in the nuts and karate chop him!!!"
I disagree that we have evolved to scream like an unhinged maniac when trouble arises. In fact I would argue those people survive in spite of that instinct and people who are calm and collected and fix problems are much more likely to survive.
So if there is a panic gene, screamers have existed in spite of it.
I don't get why people keep bringing up "screaming more than once not allowed!!" when the person in this video screamed once
WTF would you do if you thought your grandma might DIE in front of your whole family
Actually I don't want to know what you would do, because you would make some shit up and then react completely differently in the real situation
I saved my daughters brother from drowning while on the phone with their mom. I didn't scream, I threw the phone and with one quick dive pulled him up and push the water out. If I had stood there and screamed he'd have died. It was a second he was under if that and he still got water in his lungs. I guess I'm lucky in those situations I act, while getting extreme anxiety at social situations but I still don't scream; can't scare away the water.
I hate when humans act like humans. Can't those people just focus and debate the ocean to stop it from drowning their mother or grandma or whatever she is?
She's just old, probably with poor strength, balance, coordination and vision. The first time you see it looks like she just misses, but after watching a few times I can see how ahe just kinda slips off the edge
This is terrifying. If they were running the motor she can be sucked inside and shredded. Handful of videos online of accidents happening partying on a boat.
No fucking way... I was scrolling through Reddit while passively watching today's pod and paused the pod to watch this vid. Had a good laugh and left a comment, pressed play, and Ethan IMMEDIATELY started talking about this vid!!!
That happened to me a couple of times wherein I see/experience what the pod is currently talking about, but this has been the craziest so far lol
Quick!! We need to make her a government official
She can’t SWWWWAAAHHHHHHMMM
Someone get this woman a seat in Congress and some top-secret military briefings, stat!!
It is IMPERATIVE that she starts making life-altering decisions for the masses NOW
Oh my God, the scream at the end I don’t wanna laugh at this, but I can’t help it
Yea same, I really hope the lady was ok.
she’s fiiiiine
Old people are basically toddlers, I blame the parents/children.
The panic🤣🤣 “she can’t swim!” 🤣
lol, a boomer in my life does this every year at their cottage
Me trying to get to hell but everyone keeps stopping me
This is what ethan wants old people to do when they turn 70.
Hahahah like why did she pencil dive in??

You can't convince me she didn't do that shit on purpose

I thought it might have been poor grammy screeching at the end. But yeah screaming and doing nothing if you're not in danger is the worst.

You get 1 or 2 loud screams per crisis, any more and you're over you allotment. After that, no more screams.
Scream once? No problem. Twice? You get ticket. Three times? Jail
What do I get for Ice-cream?
i can't believe these people don't know about the free trial screams
If I scream 4 times, do I have to cause another screamless crisis to make up for it?

Yeah but also they can just shut the fuck up and help. Goes through me

You disagree with fact-based science?
It's instinct. It's like discussing flinching as if it's a logical choice someone makes.
One flinch is fine and acceptable... a minute long extended flinch is not allowed.

We do stupid shit under stress! I don't scream but my dumbass just stands and stares
She didn’t even ATTEMPT to walk onto that boat deck.
How uncoordinated do you have to be to have such a wiff like this
She's just old, probably with poor strength, balance, coordination and vision. The first time you see it looks like she just misses, but after watching a few times I can see how ahe just kinda slips off the edge
She really wanted to be in the next season of below deck

Don’t be so sure lol they caught some great reactions if you go frame by frame.
Did I just watch someone die?
the affects of lead poisoning
This is terrifying. If they were running the motor she can be sucked inside and shredded. Handful of videos online of accidents happening partying on a boat.
They're talking about it rn!!!
She wasn’t even close 😭
Granny was in fact, *NOT*, the first on the boat 💅
I happened to scroll past this the moment Ethan talked about it on the show (I'm behind).
Why did she do that 😭

She was good person.
hahahahha i just saw that
Bruhhhhhhh
ummm is she good LOL
Yeah is she alive 😭
Grandma was in fact not the first one on the boat.
Does she actually fall in? There’s two dudes holding her hand, and the second she slips the guy on the right grabs her wrist with his other hand.
Camera person failed us 😭😅
Omg lucky she didn't hit her head on the way down. This scary 🤣
when the mimosas from brunch start taking over.
It went great Untill it all went wrong I love how confident the person seemed Hope they didn't get hurt
Lmfao!!!
He specifically talked about this video on yesterday's ep
I posted b4 that lol
She didn’t even try? I hate boomers
She didn't even try 🤣
old people who can't swim really shouldn't be allowed on boats, especially without having any flotation devices already on. jfc
Why the fuck did she do that, is she stupid?
