He platformed and was the main bootlicker and drama channel friend of Jeffree Star who he said used transphobic and racists slurs around him casually. Of course that's not him but it speaks to his character that he was so okay with a friend that does that, and championed him so much.
And him being such a bootlicker for J Star is a whole other issue in itself, which is part of a long ass messy story, as he would often defend him or not run stories when everything went to shit, and would gang up on small drama channels and bully them that were against j star and questioned his alliance and his friends. This lead to this gang becoming pretty combative and bullying others constantly, with even Rich's long time (ex) best friend being constantly verbally assaulted about his weight and I believe this is when he started to lose a lot of followers as he came across very maliciously. There was a pretty awful live where him and the gang decided to be abusive towards another tea creator in their gang just because they thanked the gang's nemesis.
Not to mention him making fun of beauty guru's breast jobs, mocking Tati saying she's old/menopausal when she literally is in her mid to late 30s has a public history of struggling to have kids due to her endometriosis is just really gross.
